Request the re-election for the school year 1947-42 of Administrative, Instructional, Secretarial, Custodial, and Service Department personnel, with the Exception of the personnel in the Health Departments of the White and Separate Schools and personnel who received letters of notification that their re-elec|tion cannot be assured, subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Education relating to leaves of absence, retirement, resignations, etc. These employees are to be elected subject to the assignments and salaries to be fixed, py the Board of Education after the approval of the budget for 1947-42. In the case of employees who are on regular duty prior to the approval of the budget, the salaries are to be paid according to the 1946-47 schedule until such budgets are approved; after their salaries are fixed, said salaries will be retroactive to July 1, 1947. All assignments will remain the same for the school year 1947-42 as that of 1946-47 unless individuals are or have been notified to the contrary.
Other certified personnel' will be recommended for election at a later date.
Election of cafeteria employees will be submitted at a later date.
A list of transfers will be presented to the Board at a later date.
Recommendation for 1947-42 Personnel Accepted
A motion was made.by Mr. Richardson, seconded bv Mr. Hisel, that the above recommendation in regard to personnel for 1947-42 be accepted. Motion carried.
The following resignations were presented: Richert, Peter Waldo, Mr. - Teacher - B. A., Instrumental Music,, Britton Junior-Senior High School, salary $1,200.00, in system two year's, wishes to continue work on master's degree, effective August 1, 1947.

Robinson, Eloise Sue, Miss - Clerk - Mimeograph operator, Personnel Office, no reason given, effective June JO, 1947, in system six months, salary $105.00 per month.
It was reported that the following person did not accept position: Dodd, Lewi8, Mr. - Teacher-, B. S. Central State Teachers College, 1947, accepted out-of-state position - elected unassigned,
