DELUXE INSERT
Our eco option is a complete card set that is recyclable and biodegradable. The cavity sizes are slightly larger so are ideal for bigger products.
Our most rigid insert option. Formed of card base and clear vac-forme tray. Compatible with 7mm plinth to lift contents closer to the windows.
This thick-walled plastic tray is the lowest cost option and is the easiest to fill and pack. Made from recycled PET.

This plinth is designed to sit inside the buffer base and raise the height of the vacforme tray 7mm, allowing smaller products to be lifted closer to the window opening. Made of cardboard, the plinth is easy to fold and place underneath your filled tray.
