CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
Choose from 16 festive outer advent box designs in portrait or landscape orientations. Each option offers 24 doors and includes a convenient stand/hanger on the back profile for versatile display.
Our selection of internal advent options offers you three price points, box strength and recyclability. All are suitable for chocolates, wax melts, crystals, gaming dice and small gifts.
LIGHT PACVAC
CLEAR BUFFER VAC-FORME TRAY
This thick-walled plastic tray is our most costeffective option and the easiest to pack. Simply fill and slide it into the advent outer box. Made from recycled PET, the tray is Category 1 recyclable via most local authorities.
DELUXE PACBUFFVAC
BUFFER WITH CLEAR VAC-FORME TRAY
The Deluxe insert features a sturdy cardboard base and a clear plastic vac-formed tray, making it our most rigid choice for a premium strength advent calendar. Ideal for chocolates, truffles and wax melts, it can also be paired with a platform to elevate smaller products 7mm closer to the windows (see pg. 9).

ECO PACBUFFDIV
CARDBOARD BUFFER DIVIDER
Our Eco option is a complete cardboard set that is fully recyclable and biodegradable. Although there may be more assembly involved, the cavity sizes are slightly larger than the other options so are ideal for slightly bigger products.

CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Our additional extras have been specifically designed to be partnered with our advent calendars. Whilst these add ons are not essential, they are useful for smaller items or protecting in the post.
RISER PLINTH PACPLINTH
The plinth is designed to sit inside the buffer base and raise the height of the vac-forme tray 7mm, allowing smaller products to be lifted closer to the window opening. Made of cardboard, the plinth is easy to fold and place underneath your filled tray.
Only compatible with the Deluxe inner option.
POSTAL OUTER 24DBUFPO
Mail order has become a vital sales channel for many customers. If you are looking to post individual advent calendars, we offer the perfect sized corrugated mailing outer to protect your advent when in transit. Please note that the postal outer is classified as a Royal Mail Small parcel.

PERSONALISING ADVENTS
Personalising our stock advent calendar couldn’t be easier. Make your advent unique by adding a single-colour foiled logo, message, or image! Minimum orders start from just 100 units. Simply send your artwork as an editable, high-resolution PDF or AI file, and we’ll provide a proof for your approval. For orders over 1,000 units, please contact our sales team for a free quote!
Foil blocking (or hot foil stamping) is the process of applying metallic foil to card or PVC. A heated die is then stamped onto the foil to create the design. Starting from 100 units, foil blocking is a costeffective way of producing custom packaging. Choose from a variety of colours - we aim to match as closely to your specifications as possible.

CUSTOM PRINTING ADVENTS
Alternatively, why not customize your classic 24 Day advent calendar with your own printed design? Enjoy free tooling and proofing! All we need is for you to supply your artwork as a high-resolution, editable PDF or AI file (minimum 300dpi resolution) and we’ll take care of the rest. The delivery lead time for a customized advent calendar is approximately 3-4 weeks from final artwork approval.
