Personalising our packaging couldn’t be easier!

From as little as 100 units, add a single coloured logo, message or image to our o -the-shelf stock packaging using the hot press foiling technique! Cutter tooling is free to use! We require your artwork to be supplied as a high resolution editable PDF / AI le. Minimum 300dpi resolution. Delivery lead time for a customised product is approximately 3-4 weeks from nal approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send artwork? For foil blocking a logo, send your logo as a high resolution vectorised PDF / AI le and advise on which packaging item you wish to personalise. For printed artwork, we send you the template you wish to print. Send your artwork back as a high res PDF / AI le for us to proof.

What is foil blocking? Foil blocking is the transfer of metallic foil onto board. A heated blocking die (debossed metal) is stamped to create the design. Choose a single colour foil per die.

What is the lead time? Delivery lead time for a customised product is approximately 3-4 weeks from nal approval.

Any hidden costs? The only additional costs is the one-o blocking die (stored for future use) and / or a plate charge. An additional charge of £25.00 will be added to all glued stock i.e. ballotins, A-frame cartons, crackers, cubes etc. Carriage cost for production orders is charged separately and is subject to order quantity. All prices quoted exclude VAT.

Disclaimer: These are digital representations of our stock foils. Please note this is only an indication of the foil colour and not an accurate representation. White foil is not suitable for our wibalin boards due to transfer issues. Matt & gloss foils are best suitable for our standard materials (not wibalin). Metallic foils work best on PVC packaging.
