OUR TAKE ON THE MARKET
2013
The 2016 year was a very exciting year in Big Sky with the continuation of a very robust real estate market. The total number of sales increased from 306 in 2015 to 316 in 2016. Gross sales volume was up $25,009,015 over the previous year, and the average sales price increased from $596,000 in 2015 to $655,282 in 2016. The enthusiasm about the Big Sky Resort’s 2025 Plan, as well as the release of some highly-anticipated new development projects throughout Big Sky have only added to the excitement in our growing ski community!
