This year, the Bowl triple was replaced with the most technologically advanced six-place, bubble chairlift in North America – rightfully named “Powder Seeker”. This lift whisks skiers to the base of the tram in only three minutes. The Challenger double also received a facelift, becoming a triple with an ascending time 25% faster than its predecessor, providing access to expert-only terrain in just under 10 minutes.   As for our area of expertise, the real estate market has seen solid growth over the last year. The summer season began at a slower pace than that of 2015 but regained considerable momentum during the third quarter, surpassing 2015 sales by a significant amount. Most facets of the real estate market continue to rise, including average sales price and median sales price, with total sales volume up $40,000,000 + from 2015.
