Tips for teachers who want to use technology in their classroom It is essential to integrate technology in education, since it seeks to solve problems and satisfy individual and social needs for the acquisition of knowledge.

However, ICT's have become an essential tool in comprehensive information, since they allow the development of skills and abilities, thus enriching the teaching-learning process with dynamic and innovative methodologies.

However, it is important that teachers take into account many aspects when using technology. Some tips are: 1.

Identify and determine the objectives and educational needs of the students: This is why to start an educational project it is essential to have a well-defined approach, this will make it easy to decide which technology fits the needs of students, taking into account the established educational criteria.

Find an ideal ICT partner: The main key to help inclusion and adaptation is to have a technological. For this, you should choose a platform that contributes to the fulfillment of the objectives and the facilitation of the activities, as well as the contact with the students, taking into account the previous and demonstrable experience to make it easier and more enriching.

Comment on group work in the classroom: ICT education helps to promote teamwork, for this, methodologies that allow collaborative learning should be implemented, i.e., that support each other to adapt to technological integration.

Involve your colleagues, train them: Introducing ICT in the classroom should not be the work of a single teacher and much less dedicated to a single subject. It is important to

invite fellow teachers to get to know and train as a group on the subject in order to take advantage of technological resources and provide good teaching.

Work with the support of your school: The school is a key element in the implementation of a technological project. Therefore, a committed educational entity is essential in the operation of a digital project, so classrooms must be equipped so that teachers have access to resources and can provide quality teaching to their students.

8. Become a student: The main idea is to explore different tools, learn how to use them and reflect on what uses can be given to them in your class to take full advantage of them during the lessons.

9. Educate in a responsible use of ICT: It is important that you teach your students a responsible way to use the digital and to find a balance with the analog. In this way, you will achieve an appropriate use of technological resources, not only in the classroom, but also in everyday life.

In this way, teachers can transmit knowledge through some applications or sites, these are: •

Interactive whiteboards: These allow projecting digital content through the computer and projector to work and interact in groups.

Google apps for education: These are educational tools designed to facilitate the integration and organization of the group in class.

GoConqr: Contains a set of tools that allow teachers to create courses and resources for students to increase students' creativity and obtain feedback on assignments.

Popplet: A tool that allows sharing and organizing information in a visual way.

Podcast: Support accessible at any time. Listening to podcast episodes or excerpts during lectures can stimulate students' interest.

Wordwall: It is a platform that allows you to access multiple resources to prepare your classes in a very fun way through anagrams, contests, quizzes, etc.

Edmodo: This resource connects students, teachers, and parents to create a comprehensive educational community.

Students who want to learn English ICTs can be adapted to the learner's abilities, learning pace and prior knowledge. The use of ICT is beneficial when it comes to making the necessary steps to assimilate and acquire different knowledge more flexible. They also make it easier for students to access the information needed to achieve the different objectives set by teachers.

Some tips for learning English are: 1. Start with basic verbs: Practice conjugating verbs to use them in sentences and learn how to ask questions.

2. Focus on vocabulary: Make a list of things you talk about or do in your immediate circle and look for relevant vocabulary, practice creating sentences or conversations using words you say often, try to think of how you would describe it in English.

3. Take it one step at a time: master everyday vocabulary, then move on to more complex topics.

4. Set goals: Remember that goals must be measurable and comparable.

5. Make language exchange: just as you want to learn English, it is very likely that a native speaker wants to speak or practice Spanish, for this multiple language exchange platforms have emerged where you can exchange knowledge.

6. Change the language on your computer and cell phone: change the language on your devices, this will help you live with the same vocabulary that native speakers interact with every day.

7. Make the dictionary your best friend: the advantage of the dictionary is that it does not translate the word, but gives you its meaning in English. This forces you to learn new things in this language.

All these tips for learning English can be done from home according to the schedule that each one has, but if the goal is to speed up the process, you can ask for help from experts who will identify your mistakes and enhance your knowledge.

Students can learn English through different technological tools or applications, some of them are: •

Elsa Lounge: Exercises for all levels. With this website, students will be immersed in a fun and fast-paced reading program. This program includes high quality reading and comprehension exercises.

Hemingway App: Improve writing skills. The app helps students identify grammatical errors and difficult-to-read sentences. It offers various writing exercises for different levels and gives immediate feedback.

Abcya: Fun learning. This site contains interactive games that reinforce students' learning, here they can play games to perfect their spelling skills and even learn common adverbs, synonyms and antonyms.

British Council: A very popular tool. This site has resources for English language learners such as games. Learners can improve with soccer, miniseries, podcasts and articles, as well as find friends to practice with and ask questions.

Easy World of English: Learning made easy. This site includes information on grammar, pronunciation, reading practice and a picture dictionary.

Reflection In relation to the material designed in the course and the experience of the practice with ICTs, it is necessary to take into account the wonders that ICT does in the learning process in the educational field. Because they encourage interaction and activity of the student, allowing them to adapt to their abilities, learning pace and previous knowledge, facilitating access to information to achieve the different objectives. ICT in education was created to create systems and tools capable of optimizing, enhancing and making the teaching process more efficient.

Undoubtedly, ICTs radically transformed the way we teach, directly influencing institutions, teachers, students, parents and society in general.

The main idea in relation to the experience of practice with ICTs is to make the teaching process more effective through the incorporation of technological tools, adapting them as a means to teach classes through the creation, transmission and sharing of all kinds of relevant information about the subject, since the student must become the main actor in the learning process. Because the use of social media and platforms such as YouTube make students feel familiar with the technological tools employed inside and outside the classroom.

Likewise, ICTs in education provide multiple uses that reinforce the innovative nature of learning that poses new challenges for the entire educational community, providing extremely important resources that fulfill functions such as reinforcing informal learning or fighting against the digital divide of people. In this way, enrich knowledge and collaborative work in the classroom, as well as improve academic results.
