E

l último tramo del año se acerca rápidamente y también el tiempo de pensar en el tradicional descanso estival.

Afortunadamente nuestro país tiene destinos increíbles

que nos esperan para sorprendernos una y mil veces. Uno de esos lugares son las Cataratas del Iguazú. Millones de visitantes recorren los saltos que forma el río para sortear un gran desnivel, que en la Garganta del Diablo alcanza los 80 metros de alto, dando lugar a una de las 7 Maravillas de la Naturaleza, pero son muy pocos los que pueden vivirlas en la más completa oscuridad de la noche, sólo iluminados por la Luna Llena. Si en sus planes está visitar esta maravilla misionera no estaría de más ver qué días hay luna llena y programarla de acuerdo a eso.

Pero también Bariloche sigue siendo una de las ciudades preferidas por los turistas, y dada la gran calidad y variedad de productores de cerveza artesanal ahora se puede realizar una Ruta de la Cerveza para visitar las más importantes de ellas.

Un personaje de ficción vuelve a adueñarse de las salas de cine argentinas: el Guasón. Interpretado por Joaquin Phoenix les descubrimos algunas facetas inéditas de este oscuro y enigmático enemigo de Batman.

Millions of visitors take in the Falls that form the river that creates the great attraction, that at the Garganta del Diablo reaches 80 meters high, and makes it one of the 7 Wonders of the Natural World, but there are only a few that experience the complete darkness of night there, illuminated only by the Full Moon. If your plans include this wonderful experience, it has to be undertaken when there is a Full Moon so plan it in accord with this.

Also Bariloche continues being one of the preferred cities for tourists and given the great quality and variety of craft beer producers now one can follow the “Route of Beer” to visit the most important of them.

A fictional character returns to take possession of movie theaters in Argentina: The Joker. Played by Joaquin Phoenix, we discover some unknown facets of this dark and enigmatic enemy of Batman.

In addition, each year Ludovica Squirru brings us predictions of the future based on his knowledge of Chinese astronomy and 2020 is coming with good news for the country. isitar Argentina es como volver a la “década del 60”, supo exclamar Charlie Watts, baterista de los Rolling Stones, durante su última visita al país. Esta frase surge a partir del vínculo que forjó la legendaria banda liderada por Mick Jagger con el público argentino, algo único y hasta muchas veces “impensado” por la clásica e injusta “enemistad” entre nuestro país e Inglaterra a partir de la Guerra de Malvinas.

“Bridges to Buenos Aires” representa el material registrado el 5 de abril de 1998 en el Estadio Monumental de River Plate, con imágenes inéditas de los Stones junto a Bob Dylan, con quien realizaron una versión de “Like a Rolling Stone” para el delirio de los fans.

La relación que la mítica banda forjó con el público local es única en el mundo. Difícilmente se hallen fanáticos tan devotos como los seguidores de la lengua.

Por eso, para retribuir el cariño, el grupo que completan Mick Jagger, Keith Richards y Ron Wood, anunció el lanzamiento para el 8 de noviembre del primer DVD oficial filmado íntegramente en Argentina. El gran cambio puede verse en el logotipo de la boca con la lengua roja, que abandonó su color por el de la bandera argentina. ¡Todo un gesto!

La plataforma ya cuenta con 65 mil descargas y 7 mil suscriptores en solo un año de operación. El desafío sería que el edificio se relacione con el paisaje y se decidió revestir el exterior del hotel para un impacto visual acorde con la estructura de hormigón con plantas y materiales locales como la madera, la piedra natural y la laja.

Se generaron jardines verticales en las torres actuales que alojan el núcleo circulatorio del edificio para jerarquizar el acceso. La marquesina tiene vigas perimetrales que

Pero ¿cómo es el típico Budín de pan? Antes que nada hay que sacarle la corteza al pan que sobró del día anterior y ponerlo a remojar en leche tibia. Puede estar aromatizada con esencia de vainilla o cáscara rallada de limón o naranja. Si son del bando “pasas de uvas”, éstas deben remojarse en agua y/o licor antes de agregarlas a la preparación.

Mientras tanto se hace un caramelo en un molde de flan o budín y se cubren bien todas las paredes del mismo. Reservar.

Batir huevos con azúcar, añadir la miga de pan remojada en leche, las pasas de uva y pasar al molde.

Llevar a horno a Baño de María en horno moderado.

A lo largo de los años se consolidó como el malvado predilecto de todos los escritores y artistas de DC Comics. Si bien no hay una única verdad, se estima que su nacimiento surge a raíz de una caída en un gran tanque de sustancias tóxicas que le dejó la piel blanca, el pelo verde y la mente muy retorcida.

En relación a la nueva película que despertó la locura y la admiración de sus seguidores, vale aclarar que está ambientada en 1981, y está totalmente alejada del universo cinematográfico de DC Comics.

He is a simple human being without superpowers but with a supreme psychopathic intelligence.

Through the years he became the favorite evildoer of all the writers and artists at DC Comics. Although there is no single truth, it is thought that his birth was rooted in a fall in a great tank of toxic substances that left his face white, the skin green, and the mind very twisted.

In regards to the new film that stirred up the craziness and the admiration of his followers, it’s worth thinking about the environment of 1981, and this was wholly removed from the cinematic universe of DC Comics. Arthur Fleck, the image of a man working as a clown from time to time and living with his mother, is pushed into the criminal underworld of Gotham City, defeated by unemployment, crime, and financial ruin, while Thomas Wayne (father of Bruce) shows up as the possible mayor who aims to return the hope of the society to retake the path to the good life.

Los vecinos del barrio, en un principio, estaban de acuerdo al ver que llegaban cada vez más turistas, pero ahora se sienten invadidos. “Es irrespetuoso que trates a nuestra comunidad y a quienes vivimos en ella como una oportunidad para sacarte una foto”, dice uno de los afiches situados cerca de la escalinata.

Its expressive power makes it possible to relate both with classic buildings and new buildings fitting in perfectly but without losing its own singularity, with a façade to reflect the rest of the neighboring banks and an interior where the nucleas of vertical circulation speaks of the great central opening with two wings on each side that sustain the hanging platforms.

The timeless nature and the break with traditional thinking that characterize the building resulted as an advantage for the Bank when it came to diagramming the project with collaborative spaces.

In 2017 the space planning was begun and one of the objectives was to recover the visuals since the horizontal line of the interior was very high. For this,

El nuevo mobiliario se destaca por la neutralidad del blanco con detalles en amarillo y rojo que combinados forman el naranja, color que identifica el logo de la institución. El amarillo, por su parte, es un color primario que contrarresta con el rojo elegido por Clorindo para neutralizar el dramatismo de la construcción, utilizado estratégicamente en la claraboya del hall central y los caños de gas, colocados a la vista de manera intencional para transmitir transparencia entre semejante estructura de hormigón. Asimismo, el vidrio elegido para enmarcar las salas de reunión también fue pensado para resaltar el sentido de transparencia y pertenencia; para permitir el paso de luz y jugar con un material que instaura la idea de “no estar aunque esté”.

La nueva modalidad de trabajo dentro de una estructura tradicional y a su vez contemporánea, permite miradas cruzadas desde adentro hacia afuera, desde un nivel a otro, de arriba hacia abajo, desde abajo hacia arriba y resulta inspiradora para los colaboradores, clientes y proveedores que visitan a diario el alegórico edificio que forma parte del acervo cultural nacional y que siempre mantendrá intacta su capacidad de emocionar.

Toda esta nueva planificación de espacios también tuvo en cuenta la actualización tecnológica, adecuando la infraestructura de cableado para facilitar la comunicación interna de redes informáticas a las actuales exigencias del mercado financiero, adaptando los mismos a las normativas vigentes y posibilitando el acceso a una tecnología acorde a los estándares existentes hoy en la zona.

The new modality of work within a traditional structure and at the same time being contemporary, permits cross looks from within towards the outside, from one level to another, up and down, from down to up resulting in an inspiration for the collaborators, customers, and suppliers that visit daily the allegoric building that forms part of the national cultural heritage and that will always keep intact its ability to excite.

All this new space planning also took into account new technology, adapting the cabled infrastructure in order to facilitate internal communication of information networks and the present demands of the financial markets, adapting the same to prevailing requirements and making possible access to technology according to today’s standards in the area.

espués de atravesar 40 años sin actividad, en 1994, gracias a la empresa Tranex Turismo, el Tren del Fin del Mundo se daba el gusto de volver a estar en acción a través del antiguo recorrido que realizaba desde el Penal de Ushuaia, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, hacia la ladera del Monte Susana.

Muchas veces denominado como “el tren de los presos”, el trayecto consiste en atravesar las vías que los presos más peligrosos del país construyeron para abastecer de madera a la cárcel en medio de un clima hostil. El militante anarquista Simón Radowitsky, quien mató al
