Ideal Tributes has a simple mission – to continue the heritage and traditions of the funeral homes in their care, and to deepen their ties to the communities they serve. For more than 20 years, founders Glenn & Tiffany Blumenstein have been driven by their commitment to helping people in their time of need. This means working with them to plan the ideal memorial for their loved ones…one that’s based on their wishes, not some predefined process that has been around for decades. Glenn’s belief that “this is a calling, not a job” is one that is shared by all of their employees, and has helped create a culture of Dedicated Service that is at the forefront of everything they do.

Keepsakes, like urns, can be used to preserve cremated remains. However, they can also be used to preserve a pinch of soil from the burial or scattering site, or other items such as a small flower petal.

Rose keepsakes add a touch of elegance to your memorial display. The bud of the rose can be removed and has a small compartment for remains or burial site items such as soil, petals, or leaves.

Engraving options are also available for the back of a leaf. Personalize a rose keepsake with the name of the deceased or initials.

A majority of our products can be engraved or personalized. After engraving, wooden and marble urns are filled with a contrasting color, while metal urns are left with the natural metal exposed. Whatever the request, our personalization specialists can help find a solution to meet your needs. Even our smallest keepsakes can easily be personalized.

Nameplates and Oval Pendants

For urns that are not able to be engraved directly we offer both nameplates and oval pendants. Nameplates are made of brass and adhere directly to the urn via an adhesive application. Our oval pendants can be draped around the neck of the urn by a ribbon.

Personalization

Many options are available when it comes to personalizing an urn or keepsake with engraving. Most commonly urns are engraved with the name of a loved one, and dates of life. Other options include imagery/symbols, personal quotes, or short verses. These options allow any of our products to honor and pay tribute to a loved one with a truly personal statement.

Roses are the definitive symbol for love and appreciation. Terrybear® Rose Keepsakes are made of brass and finished in a brushed brass or electroplated nickel. The innermost rosebud is threaded and holds a nominal amount of cremated remains. Rose Keepsakes are packaged in a blue velvet box.

Engraving Cost - $75 Per Location (flat rate)

Urns requiring multiple applications such as companion urns, engraving on the front and top of an urn, etc., will incur a charge for each location engraved. Some custom requests (complex imagery, custom emblem creation, over 5 lines of text, etc.) may have an art charge associated in addition to the cost of the engraving.
