TIERSERVICES

At Iki by Apple, we offer a curated approach to home and lifestyle management that’s as distinctive as you are Our services are designed to intuitively adapt to your needs, whether it’s managing your property, overseeing your staff, or elevating your daily experiences in New York City. Each tier represents a level of attentiveness and personalization, allowing you to choose the scope of service that best complements your lifestyle

TIER1:THEFOUNDATION

Up to 20 hours/ month

Best For: Part-time residents or those who value efficiency but prefer to stay in control

Included Services:

Vendor and property coordination (repairs, cleaners, maintenance)

Household staffing oversight (hiring, scheduling, basic payroll liaison)

Stocking of essentials based on a detailed preference list

Seasonal home readiness (HVAC prep, linens, etc )

Emergency coordination (repairs, storms, outages)

Arrival Rituals: Preferred scent, water, wine, playlist, and setup

Departure Wrap-Up: Secure the home, remove perishables, lights out

Light errands (e g Groceries, Dry cleaning, Courier services)

Keyholder responsibilities (for deliveries, packages, guests)

Monthly property report (in-person or virtual)

Annual vendor audit (Are their services still up to par?)

Support for 2 small events/year (under 15 guests)

OWNER PROVIDES WRITTEN PREFERENCES TO GUIDE ALL SERVICES

TIER2: THECURATEDLIFESTYLE

21–40 hours/month

Best For: Full-time residents, frequent travelers, or those with active social calendars who want deeper support without the need to direct

Includes all Tier 1 services, plus:

Wardrobe seasonal refreshes

Household admin: subscriptions, bills, reminders, insurance, etc

Guest hospitality coordination (protocols, welcome kits, etc ) Up to 2 guests/month

Travel prep: luggage packed/unpacked, airport transfers, pet boarding

Event Calendar Curation: Invitations filtered, relevant events flagged

Dining, art, cultural recommendations (with booking support)

Gifting concierge: occasion reminders, curation, and execution

Wellness logistics: Private fitness bookings, vitamin IV scheduling, nutritionist

Pet concierge services: vet appts, grooming, pet shopping

Support for 4 small events + 1 larger event/year

OWNER MAY PROVIDE PREFERENCES, BUT OUR TEAM MAY SUGGEST OR CURATE AS NEEDED

TIER3: THEESTATEEXPERIENCE

Up to 60 hours

Best For: Clients seeking seamless, full-scale lifestyle and household management with built-in discretion and high-touch access

Includes all Tier 2 services, plus:

Expanded Guest Hospitality: unlimited guests, custom welcome experiences

Art coordination: Framing, shipping, collection management

Premium Travel Planning: Full itinerary prep, global concierge partnerships

Estate management liaison: Work with attorneys/trust managers

Event planning: up to 3 major events/year, plus unlimited small

High-security standards: NDAs, encrypted comms, visitor screening

Discreet problem-solving (We handle it You don’t hear about it unless needed )

Insider Access: VIP bookings, private viewings, members-only clubs, etc

On-call errands, courier management, and highpriority logistics

A one-time $2,500 onboarding fee will be applied to all new clients to cover:
