2018 Field of Dreams Leadership Brock and Molly Huard As second-year chairs of Field of Dreams, Brock and Molly have been proud supporters of Medical Teams International since they attended this event in 2010. Brock and Molly are both former Husky athletes, and are involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Pro Athletes Outreach, and other local ministries. Brock, a former quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, is the co-host of the Brock and Salk show (710 ESPN Seattle) and an analyst for ESPN College Football as well as Seahawk broadcasts.
Dennis and Beth Weibling Dennis and Beth are delighted to be chairing Field of Dreams for the first time this year. They were introduced to Medical Teams in 2003 and Beth jumped right in: serving on the Puget Sound Leadership Council, co-leading the Redmond Real Life Exhibit and distribution center creation, and last year joining our board. Dennis, after working in the telecom industry, is currently the managing director of Rally Capital. Together, they also serve on the World Vision National Leadership Council. Often called “the head” and “the heart” for their intuition and passion for non-profits, they are two of Medical Teams’ biggest champions.
Tod and Tara Leiweke (honorary) Tod and Tara were introduced to Medical Teams by Mike and Kathy Holmgren in the early 2000s, back when Tod was the President and CEO of the Seahawks. Tod and Tara have been in NYC the past three years while Tod served as COO of the NFL. They recently moved back so Tod can lead the NHL 2020 initiative to bring a team to Seattle. Our maternal and child health programs reached vulnerable people in the rural highlands of Guatemala, preventing deaths and improving the overall health of these remote communities. Through our mobile dental outreach, our hurting neighbors in the Pacific Northwest were given access to dental care—some for the first time in their lives. Co-host of the morning KIRO Radio Show “Tom and Curley,” John is now the most sought-after auctioneer in the Northwest. John has raised millions of dollars for local charities and he is on track to raise $100 million for non-profits within six years. An Emmy® and Edward R. Murrow® Award winning broadcaster, John has a television and radio career spanning 30 years.

Centerpieces Totally Blown Glassworks This evening’s beautiful hand-blown glass centerpieces are created by Seattle glass artist Dehanna Jones of Totally Blown Glassworks. Dehanna is a Seattle native who was surrounded her whole life by the art glass of her father’s Tiffany collection and antique store. This early exposure to the Art Nouveau movement had a lasting influence on her work. Dehanna studied at Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle before opening her own studio in 1997.
