When I arrived at The Meath I was very nervous in the gym but Jack helped me to EXLOG P\ FRQȴ GHQFH 1RZ Ζ DP FRPIRUWDEOH on any machinery in the gym and attend three times a week. It helps me clear my head and de-stress. I have also noticed a massive improvement in my hand to eye co-ordination over the last year or so. I have achieved more than I ever thought I would.

Volunteers support each and every one of these sessions. The 300 volunteers save The Meath in excess of ÂŁ280,000 per annum and their dedication and enthusiasm is invaluable.

Finally able to get to th e top of the South Downs Being able to get in an All Terrain Wheelchair means that weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ve been able to take clients to places that they were previously unable to access. We have an on-going need for equipment.

We are currently fundraising for two nearly new Ford Galaxy cars at £25,000 each.

Four Therapy Assistants (£80K) Fitness Trainer (£20k) 12 Activity Coordinators (£240K) 5 staff and Activity Coordinators at our Social Enterprise Changing Perceptions Workshop and Café. £100,000 To keep the Skills Centre, Gym and Changing Perceptions operational and to provide Therapy Assistants we need to raise £340,000 per annum.

Physiotherapy, Occupational Health and Gym sessions are not statutory and only some care packages, receive a contribution towards these sessions. All other VHVVLRQV DUH IXQGHG E\ 7KH 0HDWK IRU WKH EHQHȴ W RI WKH SHRSOH WKDW ZH VXSSRUW
