In the Community

Women In Construction Week occurred in early March. As an annual week that celebrates the advancement of women in the construction industry, M. Davis & Sons partnered with National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Delaware Chapter events.

This year, Maria Dye who works in our control panel shop participated in a panel of speakers at St. Georges Technical High School in Middletown, DE. Speaking about her experiences in construction to the younger generation of women coming up through vocational and technical schools is a great way to inspire more women to work in the industry. Well Done, Maria!
