WHAT ARE THE CEILING HEIGHTS?

The Grove Bayshore typical residences have 10’ 2” ceilings (per plan, except where vaulted or dropped).

WILL THERE BE NATURAL GAS IN THE COMMUNITY?

The kitchen range, dryer, tankless water heater, and optional generator are natural gas.

WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?

The Grove Bayshore allows two (2) domestic pets, no weight or breed restrictions.

CAN WE RENT OUR HOME AFTER WE CLOSE?

Yes, the minimum lease length for a renter is 60 days. The maximum number of leases per year is two.

WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?

A initial deposit of 20% of the Total Purchase Price is required upon execution of the purchase contract. The second deposit of 10% of the Total Purchase Price is due within 5 days of issuance of building permit. The balance of the Total Purchase Price is due at Closing—subject to Closing costs, prorations and adjustments set forth in the Contract.

HOW MUCH ARE THE HOA FEES?

The HOA fees are currently estimated at about $1500 a quarter and include landscaping, common area maintenance, electric front gate maintenance, underground fiber optic cable and highspeed internet, as well as pool maintenance.
