John Purdey is the Development and Leasing Director for McMullin Property, playing a key role in identifying development opportunities. John has been involved in all of the significant acquisitions made by the McMullin Group of Companies since its inception.
Matt has over 20 years of experience in the Property and Construction Industry, 10 of which were spent with Probuild Constructions leading some of Melbourne’s landmark retail, educational and residential projects. Matt holds a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management (with Honours) and a Masters Degree in Business (Property).
John has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate, planning and re-zoning. As a former CEO of the City of Sandringham John has a strong network within local, state and federal Government departments.
