After a sharp drop in late 2015, home values in Beaumont Hills have rallied through the first quarter of 2016, bouncing back in March to reach a median house price of $1,135,000. This is still below the peak in August 2015 but a solid improvement from the low of $900,500 recorded in November. Buyer interest is slowly returning to the market, which should give sellers improving confidence. Realistic expectations, quality marketing and astute negotiation remain key to running successful campaigns and achieving good results in a timely fashion.
