AUCTION RULES Mayfield Junior School has attempted to describe and catalog all items for the auction correctly. All items are subject to change prior to the opening of the auction. All items are sold “as is.” Mayfield Junior School neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of property. No statement contained in this catalog or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. Mayfield Junior School is removed from all liability after an item has been purchased. Values set on items being auctioned are estimates only and are not warranted by Mayfield Junior School for tax purposes. Unless otherwise noted, all auction items and services must be redeemed by May 1, 2022. Gift certificates with expiration dates are the responsibility of the bidder. Reservations for use of condos, tickets, etc. must be mutually agreed arranged between the successful bidder and donor(s) unless otherwise noted. We suggest contact be made within 30 days of the auction. All auction items will be stored at Mayfield Junior School and must be collected by June 1, 2021. Items may be claimed and removed only by exhibiting a paid receipt. Mayfield Junior School is not liable for damage or items lost that are not collected on or before June 1, 2021.
