Welcome We are thrilled to be starting the New Year off with the implementation of our more seamless, innovative digital experience for our community! We have officially launched a new integrated member interface, built on the world’s leading customer relationship management system, Salesforce. PERSONAL TRAINING Reach your fitness goals! Our fitness challenges and group training classes address weight loss, muscle strength, toning, flexibility, corrective exercise, sports conditioning, and more. Virtual personal training and off-site training at parks or in-home are also available.

We offer private, small group, and partner training, as well as specialized Pilates Reformer training. To start your training out right, you’ll receive a FREE InBody® health and fitness body composition assessment when you sign up for personal training.

Teens ages 13 – 15 can gain exclusive access to the J’s expansive Fitness Center, after completing this informative orientation session with a JCC Personal Trainer.

Following the orientation, teens are free to use the specific equipment on which they’ve formally been trained on.

Ages 16+ October 26 - December 18 At the J J Member: Starting at $154 Get individualized instruction in a group atmosphere in our Pilates Reformer Studio. Our Pilates Reformer Studio offers a private setting with 5 reformers. More than 100 exercises can be performed on this versatile apparatus that works with springs and straps. Exercises on the reformer improve stability and alignment while working on a range of motion. You’ll receive a no-impact workout that is joint-friendly. All Pilates training participants must have the required (3) 30-minute private sessions completed before enrolling.

Mayerson JCC Disability Inclusion Awareness Programs Join us as we conclude our expanded 2020 Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Series! These engaging and enlightening programs feature local and national experts who speak from the heart to educate, advocate, and inspire.

These programs are for children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities who are able to participate independently or with the help of their own personal care assistant. These inclusive classes are taught by our Schloss Special Needs and Services instructors and advocates. These programs are made possible by The Milton and Frances Schloss Special Needs and Services Fund for Children and Adults and supported by generous funding from the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati.

YOUTH & FAMILY YOUTH & FAMILY SPORTS BLUE JAYS YOUTH BASKETBALL October 25, 2020 - March 7, 2021 At the J Kids will learn about strategies of the game and improve their basketball skills while experiencing the importance of teamwork and having fun! Games will begin in early December and will be played on Sunday afternoons.

ShalomPhone This FREE outreach program provides socialization as well as regular safety checks by volunteer callers. We also offer emergency assurance devices at a discounted monthly rate.

The Senior Center Membership (ASK) allows seniors aged 60+ to participate in any programs offered by the Senior Center, but does not include access to the Fitness Center, Aquatic Center/pools, or indoor walking track.
