A bigger show, brand new awards, the new Business Hub, as well as the return of RetailFest and Launchpad, are just some of highlights visitors can expect when they head for Top Drawer Spring/Summer 2024 in January, with organisers Clarion Retail getting ready to welcome everyone to a retail wonderland.
New, New, New V
isitors to Top Drawer Spring 2024 (taking place at London’s Olympia from 14-16 January) will be treated to the show’s most diverse product offering yet, say organisers Clarion Retail, with over 25% of the floorplan playing host to brand new exhibitors making their show debut. “There will be more newness than ever, big name brands from home and abroad and top quality insight,” enthuses show manager David Wesbrooke. Some 25% of exhibitors will be new to the show, with over 10% hailing from overseas. Due to unprecedented demand, the company is expanding the Wellbeing and Greetings & Stationery sections for 2024, with the sections on course to see over 50% growth at the January show. Among the show highlights is the introduction of the inaugural Spotlight Awards, highlighting the best in class across
all sections of the event, with 600 hand-picked contemporary brands presenting their new collections to over 10,000 retailers. “As we strive to remain at the forefront of creativity and design, we wanted to celebrate the amazing talent we have exhibiting with us each year, and I’m delighted to launch these awards to highlight all the unique and wonderful products that have caught the judges’ eyes this season,” continues David. A distinguished judging panel, made up of industry experts including retailers, designers and members of the Top Drawer team, will select the winners for each category, with the results announced at the show on Sunday 14 January. For retailers looking for inspiration and practical advice, the hottest trends will be on display courtesy of Top Drawer’s show partner The Better Trends Company, with the trends area helping buyers to discover what’s going to be influencing consumer habits in 2024. Also returning will be RetailFest which will once again hold a range of sessions covering the most important PROGRESSIVE

And after its successful introduction at Top Drawer Autumn/Winter last September, the Business Hub will also be returning across all three days of the Spring/Summer edition with an expanded line up of industry experts on hand to give tailored guidance to retailers to ensure that they’re ready to hit the ground running. Plus, the show’s Launchpad sector will be returning, curating 25 new designers across a range of product sectors.
