This month the Islamic world celebrates Eid Al Adha, which falls right after the Hajj season, known as the biggest gathering for Muslims in the world at the Holy Land of Mecca. Like every year, we have increased our flights to and from Jeddah and Medina to cater to the high numbers of pilgrims flying into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage – a journey of a lifetime where Muslims travel to Mecca and Medina to complete a core pillar in the Islamic religion. From the entire Gulf Air family, we wish all pilgrims a safe and successful Hajj and wish all Muslims around the globe a Happy Eid.

Last month, we were happy to announce our increased direct services to Delhi - marking the third daily flight to the Indian capital. We are proud of yet another great milestone for the airline as we strengthen our relationship with India as well as support tourism between both nations. Gulf Air has provided direct air services between Bahrain and India since 1960, and today we are operating 75 weekly flights to eight destinations in India: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin, Hyderabad, Calicut and Bangalore. A bustling centre that is a cultural, commercial and political hub, Cairo is a city where the past coexists with the present From the brilliant to the bewildering, visiting Cairo is an experience like none other. With a population of close to 20 million, it is the largest city in the Middle East and one of the largest in Africa. Hence, it is aptly referred to as a megalopolis. Dating to the time of the pharaohs, the city situated on the banks of the world’s longest river, the Nile, was founded way back in 969 CE. Symbol of magnificence A nerve centre of the Arab world, the ancient city of Cairo has grown at a phenomenal pace and boasts a whopping density of 19,376 people per sq km! While it is in Cairo that you see the last remaining wonder of the ancient world aka the Giza Pyramids, it is here that you also encounter instances of jostling traffic with not only cars packed beyond capacity but also donkey carts on the highway!

Intrinsically associated with and a fitting tribute to the history and achievements of ancient Egypt is the Giza pyramid complex that consists of the three iconic pyramids, the Great Sphinx and several other cemeteries. Standing tall since the last 4000 years, the pyramids are truly awe inspiring in terms of their size, perfect symmetry and excellent work of engineering that was prevalent thousands of years ago. These stunning tombs along with the Sphinx, which is the biggest single-stone statue of a humanheaded lion in the world, continue to draw thousands of tourists each day to Cairo. Museums and mosques galore Another fascinating site to visit is the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, also known as the Egyptian Museum. It has close to a massive 120,000 items on display. It is the perfect place to take a step back in time and enjoy a journey through the genesis of Egyptian civilisation. 16

Completed in 972 AD, the Al-Azhar Mosque is also a place for history lovers. Apart from being one of the oldest surviving mosques, it is also one of the oldest Islamic universities in the world. The Citadel, which consists of a set of medieval fortified walls, is a great place to get a birds’ eye view of this lively city. Apart from three main mosques, the Citadel also houses the Egyptian military museum, Al-Gawhara Palace Museum and the Carriage Museum. The Sultan Hassan Mosque, housing one of the finest examples of Mamluk architecture in the world, was built between 1356-63 and is another key place of interest apart from the Museum of Islamic Art.

عند زيارتك للقاهرة ،ستخرج بتجربة ال مثيل لها، ً مندهشا فهي مدينة تجمع بين آثار تجعلك تقف أم���ام روع��ت��ه��ا وأم���ور تجعلك ت��ق��ف ف��ي ح��ي��رة من أم��رك لغرابتها .وتُعد مدينة القاهرة أكبر مدينة في الشرق األوس��ط إضافة إل��ى كونها واح��دة من كبريات المدن في أفريقيا إذ يبلغ ع��دد سكانها حوالي 20مليون نسمة تقري ًبا ،ومن ثم ،يُشار إليها بحق في كثير من األح��ي��ان بأنها المدينة الكُبرى. وقد تأسست المدينة على ضفاف نهر النيل ،الذي يُعد أطول أنهار العالم ،في عام 969م.

This Missouri theme park provides a 1880s experience. The coveted ticket includes a tour of the famous Marvel Cave, which is a limestone cave that was once believed to contain minerals. The park is known for its enclosed and open-air steel rollercoasters with three inversions, the steepest drop, adjustable vehicles; and an eight-storey drop tower and a freefall.

Beckhams The 'Beckham Brood' is one glamorous and globe-trotting family. The former footballer and his designer wife Victoria’s social media feeds exude vacation goals. Their most recent vacation was to Miami. The couple, who celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary last month, took their four children to Miami for a sun-soaked half term break. Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, seven, joined their parents for a commemorative family picture, which was posted online.

"A true and ideal holiday is one that we can have as a family. It is one thing to keep hopping from one country to another for work. But I like to have my brood around if I want a meaningful and fun vacation. Even if all of us do varied things, we will still find tonnes of stuff to do together. I am amazed at how being a husband and dad has changed me. I get physically ill when I have to leave the kids now," David Beckham says.

With that many adults and some "semi adults" (as David informs us his wife Victoria calls them), reaching a decision about a holiday destination would be chaotic, wouldn't it? However, David has a different thought. "Actually, we are very well-behaved that way and won't kick around unnecessarily. But when we do choose where to go, we tell the kids that this is what we have in mind and also tell them what the options are to enjoy there. That curiosity about travelling and exploring, thankfully, makes it easier to choose a spot to go to. But one thing we do bicker over is what to do while on a holiday. So the boys and I always want to run around and get some adrenaline rushes, while Victoria and Harper will insist on the girlie things. So we divide time. But mostly, it is action-packed." And it is not just kicking up the dirt that the boys do, David is a keen photographer and never travels without his camera. "I bring home loads and loads of pictures that often eat up whole drives! We enjoy experiencing whatever unique experiences a place may have to offer. But we also do a lot of the cultural stuff. In Bali, the boys and I enjoyed bamboo fishing with a few locals. It takes a lot of patience though. Harper and Victoria learnt to rustle up a few culinary delicacies."
Dream Destinations
The family that takes at least three holidays a year has clear favourites in
terms of destinations. Talking about one of his favourite destinations, David says, "Dubai isn't just a place. Dubai is a phenomenon and I am blessed to have a house there." The family's second favourite destination is far away from the Middle East. "Australia is great too! It is awesome we could pack in quite a lot. From zoo visits, to eating at Mr Wong's to everything else in between," says David. Ask him about the destinations that he would like to go to and he replies: "Well I would love to go to the Poles. The boys are game, but we are still working on the other significant members of the family. A month-long trip to India would be nice too, where we can see everything from the North to South and East to West."

تسافر عائلة ديفيد بيكهام ثالث مرات في السنة على األقل إلى الوجهات السياحية التي تفضلها في العالم، ومن بينها مدينة دبي التي يتحدث عنها ديفيد بإسهاب وإعجاب" :دبي ليست مجرد مدينة كسائر مدن العالم. إنها ظاهرة بأتم معنى الكلمة .أنا أملك منزال هناك". أما الوجهة المفضلة الثانية لعائلة ديفيد بيكهام فهى بعيدة ج��دا عن منطقة الشرق األوس��ط .يقول ديفيد متحدثا عن هذه الوجهة" :أستراليا وجهة سياحية رائعة! من الرائع السفر إلى هذه البالد الرائعة وقضاء أوقات ال تنسى في زيارة حديقة الحيوان وتناول أشهى األطباق في مطعم "المستر وونغ" وغيرها من األنشطة األخرى التي يتيحها لنا هذا البلد الجميل". يقول ديفيد متحدثا عن الوجهات السياحية التي يرغب ف��ي زي��ارت��ه��ا بصحبة عائلته واالس��ت��م��ت��اع فيها بالراحة واالستجمام واستكشاف معالمها وشعوبها" :نحن نرغب في السفر إلى القطبين .ولكن يجب علينا اقناع جميع أف��راد االس��رة حيث أن أطفالنا ال��ذك��ور فقط هم من يريدون الذهاب .تراودنا أيضا فكرة السفر إلى الهند وقضاء شهر كامل نستكشف خالله البالد من شمالها إلى جنوبها ومن شرقها إلى غربها".

يفضل ديفيد بيكهام السفر إلى وجهاته السياحية المفضلة برفقة أفراد عائلته وقضاء فترة رائعة في الراحة واالستجمام وهو يتحدث قائال" :إن العطلة ال��ت��ي أم��ض��ي��ه��ا ب��رف��ق��ة أف���راد ع��ائ��ل��ت��ي ه��ي العطلة الحقيقية والمثالية .أن��ا أسافر من بلد إل��ى آخ��ر في إطار العمل وهو ما يختلف كل االختالف عن السفر م��ع ع��ائ��ل��ت��ي ل��ل��راح��ة واالس��ت��ج��م��ام وق��ض��اء أوق���ات ممتعة .رغ��م أننا ق��د نقوم بأشياء مختلفة خالل اإلجازة غير أن هناك الكثير من األشياء األخرى التي نفعلها معأ .إن وضعي ك��زوج وأب قد غير حياتي. أفتقد أبنائي كثيرا عندما أتركهم وأسافر". قد يجد بعض الناس صعوبة كبيرة في الوصول إلى توافق حول الوجهة السياحية التي يريدون السفر

إليها ،غير أن ديفيد بيكهام له رأي آخر .فهو يقول في ه��ذا ال��ص��دد" :ف��ي ال��واق��ع نحن منضبطون كثيرا وال نختلف كثيرا .فعندما نختار الوجهة السياحية ال��ت��ي ن��ري��د أن نقصدها ن��س��أل ك��ل أطفالنا عما إذا كانت هذه الوجهة في مخيلتهم وتعجبهم كما أننا نسألهم ع��ن األش��ي��اء التي يمكن أن نستمتع بها معا هناك .إن ما يثيره السفر من فضول ورغبة في االستكشاف من العوامل التي تسهل علينا اختيار الوجهة السياحية التي نقصدها ونمضي فيها إجازتنا. بطبيعة الحال نحن نختلف أحيانا ح��ول ما سنفعله أثناء قضاء االجازة ضمن العائلة .على سبيل المثال، أنا وأبنائي نفضل التجول كثيرا والحصول على بعض االثارة .أما زوجتي فكتوريا وابنتي هاربر فهما تهتمان أكثر بكل ما يخص الجنس اللطيف .هذا ما يدفعنا إلى تقسيم أوقاتنا بما يلبي كل األذواق لتكون اإلجازة مفعمة باالثارة والحركة. يستمتع ديفيد بيكهام بمشاهدة أطفاله وهم يلهون ويلعبون كما أنه يمارس هوايته المفضلة في التقاط الصور الفوتوغرافية ،حتى أن الكاميرا ال تفارقه في حله وترحاله وهو يقول في هذا الصدد" :أعود من السفر إل��ى منزلي وأن��ا أح��م��ل ف��ي جعبتي الكثير م��ن الصور التي تمأل أجهزة التخزين! نحن نستمتع بكل التجارب الفريدة التي تتيحها لنا أي وجهة سياحية نقصدها بقدر ما نستمتع بكل ماهو ثقافي .ففي بالي بأندونيسيا أستمتع م��ع أطفالي ف��ي ممارسة صيد العصي مع بعض السكان المحليين وه��ي تجربة ممتعة لكنها تتطلب الكثير م��ن ال��ص��ب��ر .تعلمت زوج��ت��ي فيكتوريا وابنتنا هاربر إعداد بعض األكالت الشهية".

In the Holy Quran, chapter No. 3, verse 96, Allah says: “The first House of worship appointed for men was that at Bakka: full of blessings and guidance for the worlds.” This mention from the holy text is of Mecca, where the holy Haram Mosque is located. Mecca is a well-planned city with pilgrims passing through all year round. The graceful Haram Mosque with the Kaaba is what identifies Mecca. House for those who compass it round, or shall stand upon or bow, or prostrate themselves (therein in prayer).” The architecture of the Haram Mosque reflects a classical, neo-Ottoman style developed in Egypt over the last century epitomised by the towering octagonal towers. There is a point in the circumambulation area called ‘The Station of Ibrahim’. It is a limestone, encased in a seethrough tetragonal pyramid enclosure and embraces an area of 50x50 cm. At the middle of the stone, are the footprints of Prophet Ibrahim (pbuh), preserved as one of Allah’s permanent divine miracles. The mosque includes sites such as the Kaaba, the Zamzam Well, Maqam Ibrahim and the hills Safa and Marwa. The Al Zahar Palace Museum on Madina Munawarra Road was built in 1944 following King Abdul Aziz’s return from his visit to Egypt and became one of the official palaces of the state. Tribute to Haram Mosques
Situated on Umm Joud in Mecca, adjacent to the Kiswah Factory and 200 metres away from the Muslim World League headquarter, a museum called, “Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture” is a fitting tribute to Haram Mosques in Mecca and Prophet's Mosque in Medina. The museum encourages visitors to explore the important chronological developments in the history of the Two Holy Mosques, their stories and their wonderful traditions. The Factory of Kaaba Kiswa Manufacturing is next to the museum. The Kiswa, the black and silk cloth with gold letterings that is wrapped around the Kaaba, is created here. Every year, Kiswa is removed and a new one is draped on the 9th day of the Islamic month of Dhu Al-Hajjah.

متحف الحرمين الشريفين أح��د متاحف مدينة م��ك��ة ال��م��ك��رم��ة وق��د ب��ن��ي ف��ي أم ج��ود ق��رب دار كسوة الكعبة وعلى بعد 200من مقر رابطة ال��ع��ال��م االس�لام��ي وه��و يسمى م��ع��رض ع��م��ارة الحرمين الشريفين والمسجد النبوي الشريف ف��ي المدينة ال��م��ن��ورة .أنشأت الرئاسة العامة لشؤون المسجد ال��ح��رام والمسجد النبوي هذا المتحف وهو يبرز مدى التطور الذي شهدته هذه المساجد على مدى العصور. توجد دار كسوة الكعبة على مقربة من المتحف وه��ي تختص بصناعة كسوة الكعبة المشرفة وه���ي ق��ط��ع��ة م���ن ال���ح���ري���ر األس���ود ال��م��ن��ق��وش عليه آي��ات من القرآن من م��اء ال��ذه��ب ،تكسى بها الكعبة ويتم تغييرها مرة في السنة وذلك خالل موسم الحج ،صبيحة يومعرفة في التاسع من ذي الحجة. 39

Bahrain’s ancient culture and past are carefully being restored and showcased by the Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa Centre for Culture and Research through beautifully renovated houses and buildings in Muharraq. The Bahraini city of Muharraq, the country’s former capital, is an eclectic mix of wide open spaces, stunning beaches and a maze of narrow alleys with traditional Bahraini houses. The latter of course is concentrated almost in the centre of the city where a cluster of narrow alleys form an irregular grid, winding a bit and meeting each other in blind perpendicular joints.

The entrance to the cluster is nondescript but as it turns round a corner, the alley is flanked by brilliant white houses, which glitter in the mid morning sun. Most are restored houses and are fronted by beautiful wooden doors, some of them with exquisite carvings. Parts of the walls also have colourful murals but at the centre of it all is the Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Centre for Culture and Research. It is named after a prominent Bahraini with interest in education and social science who established conversations on culture, philosophy and arts and is meant as a platform for these activities. The building housing the centre has an eclectic collection of books and artefacts and has exquisite wooden carved doors and windows.
surrounded by little rooms displaying interesting art works as well as poignant works by noted poet Mahmoud Darwish. At the Kurar House, the airy courtyard has a couple of lush green trees while old ladies demonstrated exquisite embroidery being done on abayas, cushion covers and other articles.
As part of its mandate the centre has restored many houses in the locality as is evident while walking around. On an alley near the centre is the House of Art, a building with a bright blue door.
In between the houses and buildings, where it opens up into a little square is also a water garden with interesting water features, columns and benches, providing a kind of dreamy respite, while Raazji dishes up some delectable Bahraini dishes as well as aromatic and refreshing coffee.

Others include the Ibrahim Al Arrayed House for Poetry, which is dedicated to the preeminent Bahraini poet, the Abdullah Al Zayed House for Press Heritage which honours the memory of pioneering Bahraini journalist and publisher, and the Mohammed bin Faris House for Sut Music, which seeks to preserve Bahraini music. There is also evidence of Bahrain’s pearl trading history through the bin Matar house.

Dramatic views, striking Faraglioni rocks and majestic beauty, Capri is one of Italy’s most beautiful islands — and a must-see if you’re staying on the Amalfi coast. Located in Bay of Naples, the island, only about six kms long and a little more than two kms wide, has two towns, Capri and Anacapri. Capri has always been a favourite among celebrities and the paparazzi that follow them. It will sweep you off your feet right from the time you watch your ferry approach the island.
Blue Grotto
A massive flooded cave, the Blue Grotto is a natural sea cave famed for its breathtaking landscapes. It is said that during the reign of Tiberius in Roman times, the grotto was used as a marine temple, and ancient Roman statues found here are now on display at the Casa Rossa in Anacapri. You can hop aboard a wooden rowboat, and possibly lie flat on the boat to fit into the cave. However, the highlight of the cave is the colour of the water. The blue crystal clear colour is a result of interplay between water and light. There is a very small opening for this cave and when the light passes through this small aperture, refraction in the water forms this bright blue colour.

The Faraglioni
Capri's most iconic sight, the Faraglioni is a massive rock formation made up of three separate limestone stacks, which jut out from the Mediterranean just off the island's coast. Locally known as the ‘The Three Sisters’, the best way to view the Faraglioni is by sea during a boat tour of the island. A favourite of the ancient Romans, they had built sumptuous villas overlooking the Faraglioni along the shores. Beloved by islanders and visitors, some of the best views are from the scenic overlook at the end of Via Tragara and the flower filled gardens of Augustus.
Marina Piccola
The best spot to take a dip against the backdrop of Faraglioni rock formations, Marina Piccola is dotted with some of the world’s most expensive yachts every summer. A considerably quieter place, Marina Piccola is the warmest, sunniest, and the least windy stretch of the coastline. Get you swim suits, have a dip in the Tyrrhenian Sea and relax on the beach.
Monte Solaro
The highest point on Capri Island, people visit this place for the views that are simply overwhelming. You can hike up to the summit or choose the more exciting and 48

famous Monte Solaro chairlift. Just sit in the open chair, secure the safety bar and you are good to go! In 12 odd minutes, you will reach the summit of Monte Solaro. Once at the top, sweeping views of entire Capri Island, Tyrrhenian Sea decorated by the crisscross lines, wild flowers tumbling out of the rocks and Faraglioni sea stacks will leave you mesmeric.
La Piazzetta
Originally known as Piazza Umberto, La Piazzetta is considered the centre of life in Capri and is known as one of the most renowned and trendy squares around the globe. On summer nights, festive crowds are so thick that it's hard to navigate from one end to the other. It is one place where everyone from Northern European princesses, to Italian actors, to American billionaires, to your next door neighbour sit elbow to elbow. With many luxurious shops in the square, La Piazzetta is an ideal place to shop local as well as designer artefacts.

Deena Al Saweer is a Bahraini content creator. She directed a short film in Detroit, Michigan, and is currently working on two crosscultural short films shot in Bahrain. Deena believes thoughts become reality, and that is what she accredits most of her success to!

What was your drive behind making films?
People always told me that the way I looked at the world was different. This used to bother me, but when I picked up a camera and filmed my perspective, I felt people were able to see what I saw.
What is your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement is the fact that I started producing videos for big clients at the age of 19. Somehow, I was being recognised just by living my truth through my unique perspective and relentless creativity.
How did you come up with the idea for your films?
What's one thing you feel you could improve about yourself? I wish I was better at multitasking. I’d like to get rid of the fact that I need to focus 200% of my attention on one thing before moving onto the next. This can be viewed as a blessing and a curse.
Soderbergh (Ocean’s Eleven, 2001), and I learnt the beauty of composition from Wes Anderson (The Grand Budapest Hotel, 2014).
Which book would you love to make a film out of one day? I have always imagined making the Fifty Rules of Love but not in the same serious tone as the book was written in! I would follow the characters with immersive shots similar to Kenneth Branagh’s style, but also mix in mysterious montages in Steven Soderbergh’s style. The film would have all these life lessons shot with a bit of a quirky energy like in The Grand Budapest Hotel.
Do you think it is essential to go to a film institute in order to become a successful filmmaker?
Everything I shoot is based on a contradictory thought. I filmed a classical dance (ballet) in downtown Ottawa in Canada last summer. I filmed an artist painting the old Manama Souq in the middle of the newly renovated Manama Souq. After all, we all wish we had someone who understood the real us, the version of yourself/life that’s in your head. For me, I take those thoughts (even if they’re inspired by other people’s thoughts) and find a way to bring them to life.
Lawrence of Arabia! The story is beautiful, and there is so much beauty in our culture to be showcased.
Which particular filmmaker has influenced you the most?
If not a filmmaker, what would you have been?
Humans are very dynamic, I often like to extract specific characteristics from several filmmakers and films and derive inspiration from a combination of those. I learnt to be immersive in my shots from Kenneth Branagh (Orient Express, 2019), I learnt the art of mystery from Steven gulflife.online

I think it’s essential to know the basics of operating a camera just to achieve the outcome you need to tell your story.
If you got the opportunity to remake a classic, which one would you go for?
It’s very easy for people to put a triangle into a triangle shaped hole. Artists are shapeless. Sometimes I make music, sometimes short films, sometimes I make music for my short films and sometimes I write poetry to serve as the base of the story of my short film.

ما الذي شجعك على دخول عالم صناعة األفالم؟
يقول لي الناس دائما أنني أحمل نظرة مختلفة عن العالم .لقد كان مثل هذا القول يزعجني في الماضي لكن عندما استخدمت آلة الكاميرا أول مرة وبدأت التصوير من منظوري الخاص أدركت عندها أن الناس قد ينظرون إلى العالم بعيوني.
ما أهم إنجازاتك حتى اليوم؟
أعتقد أن أه��م األعمال التي أنجزتها في مسيرتي أف�لام الفيديو ال��ت��ي أع��ددت��ه��ا لحساب بعض كبار ال��زب��ائ��ن وق��د كنت يومها ف��ي التاسعة عشر من ع��م��ري .ل��ق��د ح��ظ��ي��ت ب���االش���ادة ألن��ن��ي ع��ب��رت عن الحقيقة من منظوري الخاص وذلك بروح إبدعية.
كيف تولدت لديك األفكار التي تستمدين منها أفالمك؟
كل ش��يء أص��وره بالكاميرا ينبع من فكرة تنطوي على تناقض .فقد صورت رقصة باليه كالسيكية في وسط مدينة أوتاوا في كندا في الصيفية الماضية كما صورت فنانا وهو يرسم سوق المنامة العتيق وذلك في وسط طريق تم تجديده في قلب سوق المنامة. فنحن في حاجة لمن يفهم حقيقتنا ،أي يفهم الصورة ال��ت��ي أحملها ف��ي ذه��ن��ي ع��ن نفسي وع��ن حياتي الخاصة .أنا شخصيا أستلهم كثيرا من أفكار غيري من الناس ثم أعطيها من بعض حياتي.
بمن تأثرت من المخرجين على وجه الخصوص؟

ما الكتاب المفضل الذي تريدين أن تقتبسي منه فيلما تخرجينه؟
ل���ق���د ك���ن���ت دائ����م����ا أف����ك����ر ف����ي ت���ح���وي���ل رواي������ة Fifty Rules of Loveل��ك��ن بطريقة تختلف عن األس��ل��وب ال��ج��دي ال��ذي كتبت ب��ه ال��رواي��ة نفسها! فأنا أفضل اعتماد أسلوب المخرج كينيث براناغ في التصوير السينمائي وأرك��ز بالتالي على التقاط صور عميقة للشخصيات في الفيلم ،إضافة إلى االعتماد بعد ذل��ك على أس��ل��وب س��ودرب��رغ ف��ي المونتاج. في النهاية سأحصل على فيلم غزير بدروس الحياة ومفعم بالحركة ،وهي السمة التي نلمسها في فيلم .The Grand Budapest Hotel
هل من الضروي الدراسة في معهد سينمائي كي يكون المخرج ناجحا؟
أعتقد أنه من الضروري اإللمام بالقواعد األساسية التي تضمن حسن استخدام الكاميرا وتحقيق النتيجة المرجوة ،أي التعبير عن القصة التي يريدها المخرج.
لو أتيحت لك الفرصة إلعادة تصوير أحد األفالم الكالسيكية فأيها تختارين؟
لورانس العرب! القصة جميلة كما أن هناك نواحي وسمات ثقافية جميلة يمكن إبرازها في الفيلم.
لو لم تكوني مخرجة سينمائية؟
من السهل على الناس وضع مثلت داخل حفرة على شكل مثلث .الفنانون ال شكل لهم .أحيانا أعزف الموسيقى وأحيانا أخرى أصور أفالما قصيرة أو أؤلف بنفسي الموسيقي التصويرية ألف�لام��ي القصيرة. أكتب الشعر أحيانا كي أدمجه كأساس لقصتي في الفيلم القصير .الفنانون ال شكل لهم.
ماذا ترغبين أن تطورين من نفسك؟ كنت أود ل��و أن��ن��ي أستطيع ال��ق��ي��ام بمهام ع��دي��دة. أنهمك في القيام بشيء ما ف��إن ذل��ك يتطلب مني التركيز بنسبة 200%حتى أنجز المهمة وأنتقل إلى مهمة أخ��رى وهكذا دواليك .هذه ع��ادة أري��د التخلص منها .قد يعتبرها البعض لعنة وقد يراها آخرون نعمة.

Neck roll
Place both hands behind the head and arch your back tilting your chin up towards the ceiling. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and repeat.
Start with keeping your head straight and looking forward. Gently tilt it to the left, then roll it back facing the ceiling and finish the roll by bringing it to the starting position.

Perform a suitcase deadlift without using dumb bells by standing with your feet apart, bending at the knees with your torso perpendicular to the ground. Repeat 5 times.
Start in a rested position with arms to your sides. Roll your shoulders forward and bring them up towards your ears and continue to roll them towards your back and return to starting position.

Foot flex
Ankle rotation
Lift one foot off the ground at a 90 degree angle. Point the toe of the lifted foot up towards the ceiling and move your ankle in a clockwise direction. Repeat on the other foot.
Rotate the ankle first in clockwise and then in anti-clockwise motion. You can place the ball of your foot on the floor for support. Repeat with other foot.
