Maxima has developed a traineeship initiative, Maxima Inclusive Traineeship and Apprenticeship Program (MITAP).
This program aligns with Maxima’s core vision of supporting meaningful employment outcomes for those with barriers to work.
For nearly 40 years, Maxima have supported thousands of trainees across Australia to build experience and gain accredited training in a variety of careers, in both the private and public sectors.
Our services support an impressive mix of national clients to achieve their inclusivity employment goals, in multiple locations across Australia.
Maxima are specialists in the recruitment, training and support of apprentices and trainees on behalf of a wide variety of organisations.
This service is known as Group Training, with apprenticeships and traineeships combining structured training with paid work under a registered Training Contract.
Maxima currently employs nearly 700 apprentices and trainees nationally, including over 300 Indigenous trainees.
Maxima help by matching candidates to organisations, streamlining administration and paperwork and managing the provision of accredited training. We also provide tailored, highly personal support with hands-on mentoring through regular contact with host employers and trainees.
Our services are offered nationally and are supported by a team of highly experienced staff in locations across the country.
We coordinate full-time and part-time traineeships for clients including Qantas, Bupa, NAB, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ and a number of local governments.
Maxima also offer a variety of specialised services including general recruitment, pre-employment programs and tailored mentoring and coaching.
We are able to help meet Social Inclusion employment goals and assist with the commitment to improving employment outcomes for people living with barriers.
