Maxima is a not-for-profit, community organisation and NDIS Provider supporting people in their pursuit of meaningful life goals.

We can help you find employment, access training and apprenticeships, specialised Indigenous Employment Services, Disability Employment Services and support under the NDIS, including Plan Management, Support Coordination and Allied Health.

Our combined offering is one of the most extensive not-for-profit recruitment, training, employment and NDIS services in Australia.

Specialised Employment Services As a Disability Employment Services (DES) provider, we also help people living with a disability, injury or health condition including mental illness to find a job and keep it. You may have worked previously or have been looking for work and need some assistance in navigating the best approach.

Workforce Australia Services The Workforce Australia program provides free job seeker support and skill services through programs such as Employability Skills Training and Career Transition Assistance.

It helps jobseekers develop employability skills and assistance to connect with local jobs and emerging industries. As well as assist employers looking for staff in their business.

Employability Skills Training is a pre-employment training giving you the opportunity to enhance your employability with targeted training.

Career Transition Assistance is a service designed to help mature age jobseekers aged 45 years and over, providing practical assistance to increase employability in the local job market.

Temporary & Permanent Recruitment Maxima is an established Temporary and Permanent Recruitment specialist, with the knowledge and experience to source and manage staff for a variety of industries.

Supporting local and state government as well as small to medium enterprises, Maxima sources and supports quality candidates for seasonal, temporary and ongoing positions; from head-hunting and advertising through to payroll and outplacement support.

Maxima Inclusive Traineeship and Apprenticeship Program (MITAP) Maxima works with individuals living with a disability who would like to pursue a traineeship or apprenticeship and may not have previously considered or been offered the option to pursue a career in a chosen field.

Indigenous Employment Programs Maxima takes great pride in building genuine and sustainable career pathways for Australia’s First Nations Peoples.

For over 12 years, Maxima’s Indigenous-led IEP team have worked with some of Australia’s largest employers providing Indigenous people with full-time, part-time and school-based training and employment.

Reconciliation Action Plan Maxima’s commitment to addressing disadvantage experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples was formally recognised with the launch of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in 2018. In 2022, Maxima was proud to enter the Innovate stage of our RAP, which focuses on implementing our reconciliation efforts.

NDIS Services Maxima is a registered NDIS provider with a commitment to local, face-to-face delivery. Our team are experts in Plan Management, Support Coordination, Allied Health and Employment Supports – including School Leaver Employment Support and Finding and Keeping a Job. We know the NDIS inside and out and we work alongside our customers to help them reach their goals.

Apprenticeships & Traineeships Maxima is also a leading Group Training Organisation, managing apprentices and trainees on behalf of host employers, with an average of 600-700 apprentices and trainees across Australia at any one time. Our experienced Group Training team help source school-based as well as full-time apprenticeships and traineeships in more than 300 occupations across Australia, including traditional trades as well as a diverse range of emerging careers.
