At Maxima we advocate for an inclusive and diverse workforce across Australia. We support equal employment and learning opportunities for everyone.

Since 2009, the IEP team have taken great pride in building genuine and sustainable career pathways for Australia’s First Peoples. It is not only core business, but a passion and life-long mission for many of our team.

IEP is a First Nations-led business unit of Maxima, with majority of the team located across Australia also proudly identifying as First Nations. The innovative programs assist with sourcing, placing and support for First Nations peoples into a variety of dedicated employment and learning opportunities across Australia.
