One of my clients this week referred to times when she has to put on her ‘brave pants’. Find the courage to go beyond your comfort zone. I know writing my book exposes a very personal journey however, fear of judgement has stopped me from claiming my right as a birth mother for 33 years and 2019 is when I’ll get my ‘brave pants’ on!
Transforming your life means embracing the new and forever relinquishing the old but do it carefully and with love as everything before has brought you to now. The first time I was told that “everything is exactly as it was meant to be”, I preferred to think that was not the case, and that others were to blame. When we find a way to love ourselves for all we are and show selfcompassion, we can be at peace in accepting what has been and creating the future that honours the best of who you are and will be. ca
