Bill NOe Flight School
Program highlights
We are committed to serving the next generation of professional aviators by providing studentcentered training in our state-of-the-art aircraft and facilities. All students begin their flight training in the Cirrus SR20 airplane during their first semester. The SR20 allows students to learn to use the most advanced flight control and navigation equipment in one of the safest aircraft in production. Students will complete the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) licenses required for the commercial, single, and multi-engine licenses and additional training to ensure employment after graduation.
Career Opportunities
The aviation industry has an unprecedented need for pilots in the next 20 years. This demand ensures many high-paying jobs. Marshall University Aviation has multiple industry partners that will provide immediate employment opportunities for graduates of the program.

Aviation Maintenance Technology
Program highlights
In two years, students in this program graduate as Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications and an Associate of Applied Science degree. Our facility located at Huntington Tri-State Airport is the home for working laboratories and classrooms where students learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain the many sophisticated systems in modern aircraft.
Thanks to our partnership with aviation industry leaders, such as Delta Tech Ops, Embraer and others, our students graduate with the specialized training that ensures immediate employment.
Career Opportunities
There is an international shortage of qualified aviation maintenance technicians resulting in an unprecedented need over the next 20 years. This need will continue as the aviation industry expands, as manufacturers build more aircraft and retirements occur.
There are many scholarships and financial resources available to prospective students, including Veteran’s Administration benefits, along with other sources that may allow students to graduate debt-free.
