CEO, FULCRUM DIGITALAs we’ve reached the end of the 3rd Quarter of 2022, I am eager to connect with you through our quarterly newsletter and share my thoughts.
I applaud our team’s resilience, focusing on our customers, delivering their business demands, and marching toward our purpose. The past few months have been turbulent in the global market due to recordhigh inflation, leadership changes in the UK, the continuing Ukraine war-related impacts such as gas and commodity price, and global supply chain issues. Very macro and micro-level economics affect the overall economic activities of the world. Yet, besides all challenges, our customers continue their growth journey and expand their business activities. I’ve met several customers over the last few months and have perceived an overwhelming demand and opportunities coming from our key customers. We’re poised and confident to move another 12 customers into the ACE customers state in the next 12 months.
In a time like this, we should continue to focus on fulfilling our current customer demand, improving overall efficiency in delivering a solution, and controlling the cost. With all these facts, we’re well-positioned to take advantage of the market situation and ongoing customer demand. Being a right-size company with a globally distributed team lets us take advantage of time zone and talents. Furthermore, as a platform-driven solution mindset company and an asset / IP-led (FulcrumOne, CulinarySuite products) solutions, our strength lies in long-term trusted customers and our committed global A team.

The Fulcrum board will meet in December’s first week to review our strategy annually and approve our 36-month (2023 - 25) execution strategy. Also, I’m excited to announce the Tandem Finale! Many customers are eager to visit our India Delivery Center to interact with you. Tandem is about learning, refreshing, and rejuvenating ourselves while we prepare for 2023 and beyond. Pod Updates
Insurance
Rockville Insurance: Starting our engagement with them on the Insurance Operations side. Specifically, their Business Process (Claims, FNOL). We are also in early talks to help them migrate their legacy systems to new technology.
InsureTech Connect Las Vegas (ITC): Met with 60+ Prospects resulting in 40 warm/hot leads. Of those, there are currently 14 ongoing conversations to collaborate on future projects. The topics of discussion range from Digital Transformation, Robots, Legacy Modernization, Platform Engineering, Testing as a Service, and more. The conversations from these prospects are driving our Q4 Roadmap.
Apria /DMEhub was moved under the purview of the Insurance Pod. We have successfully set up their DevOps and are looking to migrate their application to the Cloud.
We are in discussions on projects to implement some of the key Insurance platforms in the industry. We are building our capabilities in Duck Creek platform implementation and Majesco Cloud implementation (billing application).
Growing our partnerships with Socotra and SortSpoke are key to our long-term success. We have launched our FulcrumOne made application in Socotra’s Marketplace.

Project: APEXX BNPL Enhancements
To provide a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) capability that is integrated with the existing platform. The BNPL Connect API is designed for eCommerce merchants/ PSP partners to enable unified access to multiple supported BNPL providers through a single API and the same request format for all BNPL providers. Merchants/ Partners will be able to present a whole host of BNPL options to the consumer and initiate the flow with the BNPL providers via the APEXX BNPL Connect API.
BNPL Connect gives the Merchants /Partners access to over 46 markets globally equating to 80% coverage of the BNPL market. APEXX conducts any necessary post-processing steps with the BNPL provider to ensure payment is authorized. APEXX returns the result of payment to the Merchant
Culinary Digital
Culinary Digital Inc (previously a part of the food service pod) was launched as a separate entity to cater to companies running multiple cafeterias and food service operations. Culinary Suite, our proprietary software helps automate the day-to-day activities and offers a consolidated view of all locations while supporting simultaneous requirement rollouts when scaling operations.
The Q3 focus for the pod has been on the following domains: College & University, Healthcare, and Government correctional facilities where we are seeing success.
The team has added Covenant Living & Corecivic as new clients and is looking forward to exciting things on that front.

Oregon Department of Corrections deployment - Field user release of the program: Sanyogeeta, Sayli & team.
The team has multiple projects and action items to focus on and is currently working on planning for a 36-month roadmap for Culinary Digital.

The Fulcrum Digital Leadership visited Digia Finland and conducted workshops with BU Heads where they participated in and presented at Digia sales offsite meet. They’ve successfully created a platform for Digia’s Digital Value Center
The team delivered multiple milestones for Dealer website, RPA, Managed Engine, Power BI and successfully Deployed Cash Automation into AS/400 for Ocean First Bank Report
The team commenced RPA capabilities for MOST Digital’s customer
They’ve successfully completed the onboardings for Linnworks’ clients
The team has delivered the CVA module to SLG’s CVA stakeholders
DaaS (Document as a Service) is an ML and AI-driven web application for processing pre-defined documents viz. Invoices, Purchase Orders, and other documents that are in electronic format (PDF, JPG, TIFFs, etc.).
Celebrating Success Innovation Mindset
1. Digia acquired MOST Digital in Q2 2022 and is a new entrant to Fulcrum Digital’s list of clientele. MOST Digital is an RPA company known for its product OIVA.
2. The Fulcrum team successfully created a robust automation framework for CoLOS PUI and was able to deliver 3 milestones (5 months).
3. Successfully released many critical projects like Midwest Sites Casper, “Cancel Save”, ABC Checkout, End of July Sale, August Sale, Labor Day Sale, and Fall Sale 22, on Production with higher customer satisfaction.
4. Successfully released many WCM projects under subsections Experience, Tools, Commerce, and Advertising on production with higher customer satisfaction.
5. Successfully released critical functionality to production in absence of an onsite coordinator
6. Select Milk Producer is encouraging Subject Matter Experts to use the Key Performance Indicator Dashboard for business reporting
7. NAM is encouraging to use the of new technologies to update the legacy system to newer versions.
Higher Education
London South Bank University SharePoint - The Attendance management using QR Code Scanner is implemented (Using Google API).
LSBU SharePoint - Use of Google Analytics in capturing the Student’s Activity on the Student Portal.
Regular Weekly and Monthly catch ups with the clients and internal teams to share the latest happenings on both fronts.
New Win
Contract renewal for the next two years and multiple positions in NetSuite and CSOD were requested to be filled by Fulcrum.
Integration spectrum across Azure, Dell Boomi, and Open Systems. Fulcrum Digital is currently engaged with Digia in providing support across this integration spread with SAP, IFS, and WorkDay.
AutoQ Regression Suite with Cucumber BDD framework, Fulcrum Digital is currently engaged with HEARST in providing support across this Framework.
Replat forming i.e., Platipus testing is also engaged with HEARST- WCM, providing Article functional testing support.
Fulcrum Digital is currently engaged with SMP in providing development and support across the KPI, MIMS, DDC, and Workday.

Q4 RoadMap
Digia Bid
has agreed to share recent past No Bid, and Lost Cases with Fulcrum Digital to review and build a common offering repository.
Teams are going to attempt the AZ 900 – Cloud Certification for which all are taking the Udemy training and doing the Labs hands-on.
Training conducted on “Dell Boomi Services” at the org level by Mettu Sivanaveena to re-skill Fulcrummers.
UoH LCM – SoW is in progress once this is done the project will kick off by the first week of Nov’22.
The teamCloud & Infrastructure Engineering (CIE)
Tenant Migration and Deployment: Active Directory and O365 Tenant Migration of Culinary Digital Segregation from FD: CIE team has worked on the segregation of culinary digital services from Fulcrum digital in a short period of time which includes email services, server, network, URLs, and Application end to end, etc.
GitLab Migration: Segregation of GitLab from Fulcrum to Culinary Digital
SIEM Tool deployment: - CIE team has deployed the SIEM tool in the FDPL environment to monitor all threats, and Bruce force attacks and monitor the complete environment 24*7
ISMS Certification: Successfully re-certified with ISO 27001 along with first-time ISO 27701 with the help of Bhimesh and the Compliance team. ISO 27701 specifies privacy requirements and provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a privacy information management system.
Dashboard Monitoring: Establish a centralized monitoring tool to monitor Fulcrum, Culinary Digital, and Redstage environment including servers, Applications, Networks, Bandwidth monitoring
Most successful project of the quarter
01. American Carpet South: We have completed a couple of good project activities for ACS including Intune Deployment, Azure Migration, Network Revamp, Timely support
Highlights
a) File Server On-premises to Cloud Migration: The customer was running a single failure file server on-premises environment which is very critical for them from a business perspective, and we came forward with the migration approach and migrated their server to the cloud with all the backup and everything in a short period of time and client was very happy and gave appreciation
b) Intune Deployment for ACS: Our Team has completed the Intune MDM solution deployment for 300 users of ACS including a complete end-to-end policies deployment, Autopilot configuration, and everything, and streamlined their process
c) Network Revamp work for ACS: We have prepared a roadmap for ACS our IT customer and revamped their complete network environment in terms of accessibility, seamless delivery, and security
d) Server Migration from On-premises to Cloud: CIE team has successfully completed the server’s migration from on-premises to Azure cloud for ACS within a record short period of time.
02. We have done many activities in the last couple of months for Encon to secure their email solution, improve network infrastructure completely, server infrastructure which basically improves their accessibility, and user experience, and the client provide an appreciation for our work

a) We have prepared a roadmap for Encon our IT customer and revamp their complete network environment in terms of accessibility, seamless delivery, and security

The CIE team has prepared a roadmap to improve the current infrastructure and deploy new innovative tools in the coming quarter
ESXi Server Transformation: Currently, there are a few servers that are running on the old host with an old version which needs to be replaced with the new ESXi server with VMWare’s latest 7.0 version to minimize the server VM failure chances and improve the server uptime and business continuity.
Storage Transformation: We are planning to upgrade storage and will be deploying new storage for the On-premises server environment to improve the backup availability
SVN to GitHub Migration: We are in process of migrating the SVN repository to GitHub to improve the security features, accessibility, and integration with F1 services
We are upgrading all the server OS (migration) from 2012 to 2019
Deployment of SOC center tools for better cyber threat analysis and response (Security Tool deployment)
Working on SOC Type 2 implementation and attestation along with Bhimesh and Compliance team
Cybersecurity NIST framework implementation will be completed by end of the year after we complete SOC Type 2 attestation.
