Zoom Rooms is Zoom’s software-based conference room solution, featuring video, audio, and wireless content sharing. As part of Zoom’s philosophy of continuously improving customers’ experiences, earlier this year two Zoom Rooms value-added services were released:

Digital Signage and Scheduling Display. These services are available to all customers with a single Zoom Rooms license at no added cost. Zoom Rooms Digital Signage allows organizations to share content on displays both in Zoom Rooms and in open areas like entryways.
Since releasing this capability, organizations have deployed Digital Signage to display content such as company news, lunch menus, company branding, and sales leaderboards. Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display runs on tablets placed outside of meeting spaces to help
