Author´s Biography: -Paul Shipton (Paul Cooper), he was born in Manchester on June 15th, 1963.

-He attended Emmanuel College, Cambridge and Manchester University. After he studied in this Universities, he became a novelist, book editor. After completing two master's degrees, he taught English in Istanbul for a year. After returning to the UK, he taught English as a foreign language for several years, and it was around this time that he published his first book, Zargon Zoo (1991).

Summary (Toy Story 2):

-Andy was playing with his last time before the summer camp, he wanted to take Woody (his favorite toy) with him but his arm was ripped. Next day, Andy’s mom wanted to do a yard sell so she was taking a lot of Andy’s old stuff including old toys. Woody saw one Andy’s toy that was taking away for the yard sell, so Woody wanted to save him but Andy’s mom took him to the yard sell. Woody’s friend wanted to save him as well but it was to late because a collector named AI McWhiggin, stole Woody. The man took Woody to his apartment, while the man was gone Woody tried to escape but he couldn’t. An old man came to repair Woody’s arm, after that, Woody met new toys named Jessie, Bullseye and Stinky Pete. They told Woody that AI McWhiggin wanted to sold them to Japan. While Woody is in problems, in Andy’s room the others toys were making a plan to rescue

Woody. When Buzz was about to save him, Woody told him that he wasn’t going home. Then he wanted to go home but with his new friend. The man was taking them to the airport but buzz save him and Andy’s new friends

Story Context:

-Paul Shipton in 1998, he created a book called Bug Muldoon and the Killer in the Rain, which was a great success in the reading industry. That is why he decided to continue his work and in 1999 he wrote the book Toy Story 2.
