PROCESS Gather a piece of fabric, cut it in half to have top and bottom pieces

Prepare the scraps by cutting them into small pieces.


procesS Layer your sandwich! kept the colours and fabrics roughly grouped.

PROCESS Gather a piece of fabric, cut it in half to have top and bottom pieces

sew a cross,a line down the middle and then across.sewthe vertical lines,working to the edge of the fabric from the centre.


procesS Repeat the step six with the horizontal lines.each square is approx 2 cms square. .

FINAL RESULT sharp scissors cut from corner to corner on each square. Aim to cut through the top layer and some or all of the scrap layer.

PROCESS Chop the cabbage into quarters and place them in a sauce pan

Add a tablespoon of salt


procesS Add a tablespoon of distilled white vinegar

Cover the cabbage with water.


PROCESS Once you have a deep fuchsia, strain the cabbage.

Same process for each fruit.

Now that your dye ready, pour the content into a container
