The 17th and California project is a repositioning of the existing office buildings, along with Lobby, Facade and Outdoor plaza renovation.The Lobby Enhancement is a renovation and expansion of the existing office lobby within the 17th and California development. The curved curtain wall and existing revolving door entry will be removed and replaced with a modern curtain wall system that’s in line with the existing building façade.

The renovation and enlargedment of the link buildign between exsiting towers is through the expansion of the Facade and the renovation of the Lobby to create a new open Market concept space. The new facade is a new curtain wall systems with exterior structure that connects both buildings and integrates the new outdoor plaza and market space throuhg glass garage open doors at the ground floor creating a visual and material connection between interior and exterior.
