Created Jobs for System-Impacted Individuals
Through our Re-Generate Opportunity (Re-Gen) Program, we provided a paid kitchen and culinary training series to three training cohorts for people in reentry and residents with barriers to employment, followed by paid internships with food business partners and food e-commerce companies. We supported participants with resume development, interview preparation, and connections to resource providers to secure competitive employment and job growth.
Helped secure employment for 56% of training graduates with barriers to employment.
Partnered with 13 local food businesses to support employment.
