Helped Generate Income for Local Businesses
We started off 2021 by continuing to provide support to local food businesses through the Community Meals Program. Partner businesses packaged and distributed meals to limited-resource families during the pandemic.
Our incubated food businesses – E14th Eatery & Kitchen (formerly Ashland Market & Café), Mandela Produce Distribution, and Oak Harvest Kitchen–pivoted during COVID with new branding and sales channels to help build revenue and local economic returns where they are established.
