at a glance The Department of Parks and Recreation is tasked with maintaining Costello Park, the Manassas Park Community Center, Signal Hill Park, Signal Bay Waterpark, the City’s historical sites, and block parks. The Community Center features two full basketball courts, an indoor pool, fitness rooms, and rental spaces including a 3,480 sq. ft. banquet hall.
