Comisa experience has given rise to a new concept ball valve, designed to ensure the absence of nickel, a material harmful for the health. Because nickel-plating is performed on the pressed product, during machining operations we eliminate this coating which would otherwise be released into the water. Comisa is therefore able to offer a product without any trace of nickel on parts potentially in contact with the water, while always maintaining a nice appearance.

/ Comisa hat ein neues Konzept für Kugelhähne entwickelt. Die Idee garantiert, dass Brauchwasser und Nickel nicht in Berührung kommen. Die Vernickelung findet kurz nach dem Pressvorgang statt. Bei der Endverarbeitung wird der Nickelüberzug überall dort entfernt, wo es mit Brauchwasser in Berührung kommen könnte. Comisa bietet somit ein gesundheitlich unbedenkliches Produkt an das auch aus ästhetischer Sicht keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Puis l’opération de nickelage se fait sur le produit moulé, c’est lors de l’usinage que nous éliminons ce revêtement qui, autrement, serait libéré dans l’eau. Comisa est ainsi en mesure d’offrir, sans renoncer à l’aspect esthétique, un produit libre de toute trace de nickel sur les parties susceptibles d’entrer en contact avec l’eau.
