The Position

The Individual

To grow the existing nursery portfolio of c.200 sites in the UK and Ireland by securing a pipeline of new sites in key locations where there is strong demand for our services. The Property Director will be responsible for evaluating sites found by the business development team, as well as negotiating leases and overseeing construction S/he will lead the management and continuous development of all Property related activities including development, design and construction, facilities management, nursery site performance reviews and other property projects as well as acquisitions and disposals. The role will also budget, plan and deliver new centres and major centre renovations.

RICS qualified / Professional property background with proven new property management experience in a multi site environment in the UK across a national portfolio. Strong site finding experience including hands-on roll-out management and landlord negotiation.Effective leadership and management of an internal estates management, facilities and project management team and external consultants and contractors. Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, specifically in networking, negotiating and influencing. Experience of leading and managing a very experienced, professional team.
