The successful candidate must demonstrate the following attibutes: • Experience - A proven track record of working on commercial schemes . A client, consultant or contracting background will be considered. • A collaborative approach – our success is built upon working with colleagues in an open and co-operative manner; this extends to the management of our design teams and contractors • Forward thinking and receptive - looks for and adapts to new and innovative solutions. • Results driven - an in depth understanding of how to achieve the highest quality of workmanship, whilst managing to budget and programme.
Management of a range of projects to successful completion and handover. The management of design, budgets, programme and the procurement of contractors. Assist the Development Managers in the preparation of appraisals and board approvals. Maintain and develop relationships with a first class supply chain of consultants, contractors and suppliers in order to successfully create buildings of the very highest quality, on time and within budget.
