This is the basement floor It contains 4 rooms; gym room, swimming pool area, gaming room and a bathroom The gym room has a height of 4.5m, this is because the workouts and gym equipment's that Frank will be working with will be very high The rooms 3, 4 and 5 are above the gym room. This is done by adding a sloped- stair case (2) that goes up to 2m high. I realised that 5m would be too much space for the heigh for the rest of the rooms so I had to shorten it Exterior walls: 30cm thick Interior walls:15-30cm thick
