Outdoors indoors, Shinagawa Japan: Designed by Architizer

This is the ‘outdoors indoors house, located in Shinagawa Japan. This is designed by Architizer. This house has features that are used in rock climbing which inspires me to take ideas to use for my plan and developments. This would be useful for a mountain climber, as they can use these walls to get to different floors and it can be used for daily practises.

Climbers house: Designed by Komada Architects Office

This is a ‘climbers house’ designed by Komada Architects office. This is a precedent study that inspires me to use ladders and stairs around the house. It will be reliable for mountain climbers as they climb and go through different terrains, hence this design will be useful to use when developing my plans.

Material ideas for the house

White/grey flooring, with white walls for the interior in most rooms

Light grey- Solid brick wall for the exterior, also climbing walls around the exterior of the house and a few in the interior walls

Rubberised flooring within the gym. They are a good use of material for flooring in a gym. It absorbs sound and reduces noises coming from the gym room.
