Understanding wellbeing at work...
Here’s what we did:

Online survey of 250 current or recent (last 6 months)
FOH and BOH employees
and head
office/management within the beer & pub industry
(including pubs, bars and breweries).

In-depth qualitative
interviews with 11 senior level
HR/MD/owner operator
people within the beer & pub industry.

So, how’s everybody doing out there?
