JIMMY CHOO Clienteling Program with Mystery Shopping After the Jimmy Choo Clienteling program for store staff and managers, LBI conducted a Clienteling Coaching program for store managers. Efforts of spreading the clienteling culture are continuing by the brand itself, and Mystery Shopping was carried out in November to measure how the store staff members are using clienteling skills while communicating with their customers.

Retailvolution Intensive Course As part of the brand strategy to increase emotional communications with customers, LBI Korea conducted the following two modules as an in-depth course of Retailvolution training held in the first half of the year.

Video Production Skill Up! The course enabled emotional communication with the customers through the use of professional and sophisticated videos that also strengthened store employees' video shooting and editing skills.

Style Coaching LBI Korea held a style coaching session to improve sales and customer satisfaction by suggesting matching items that meet their needs. Participants developed their expertise by analyzing different fashion ⓒ Golden Goose

TOD'S GROUP 2021 Annual Training Program Annual training was prepared for TOD's, Roger Vivier, and HOGAN brands of TOD's Group.

Team Management & Understanding Generation Gap Team management and Understanding Generation Gap programs were provided to store managers to improve communication and cooperation skills among the staff members.

Link Leadership, Understanding Generation Gap & Clienteling For supervisors, Link Leadership session examined the important roles of middle managers, Understanding Generation Gap program helped achieve effective communication between different age groups, and Clienteling session enhanced more personalized customer service. ⓒ Tod's Group

BVLGARI Retail Leadership Excellence Understanding Millennials and Gen-Z Understanding Millennials and Gen-Z was provided for office and store managers. Tiffany & Co.'s rich storytelling elements, such as its legendary style, bold artistry, and innovative design allowed the participants to think about different ways to deliver the brand's unique identity and emotions to customers by creating beautiful stories and continuing to develop such narratives.

SAINT LAURENT Strengths Coaching Leadership Following the special storytelling session for Saint Laurent's flagship store pre-opening training for store staff and managers, Strengths Coaching Leadership was carried out for store managers. SOFITEL Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences SOFITEL Signature Program LBI Korea provided a French luxury and storytelling program to manager-level leaders for the pre-opening of Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences, Korea's first Sofitel brand delivering the true French chic. It was a pre-analysis and preparation session to directly apply storytelling techniques following the grand opening of the hotel. Baccarat & Bernardaud Service Excellence Training The following luxury service Excellence programs were held for store and office employees of Baccarat, a French luxury crystal brand with a history of 250 years, and Bernardaud, a French luxury tableware with a 150-year tradition.

FALL 2021 OPEN CLASS Share insights from various brands through LBI's Open Class.

Retail Leadership Academy June / October 2021 Retail Leadership Academy is regularly held to cultivate retail leaders with basic store operation management skills and communication capabilities in addition to the overall retail insight. Through the open class sessions, participants gain an opportunity to share the experiences and insights of participants from various brands. This course can also be held exclusively at the request of the client. Retail Leadership Academy is planned to be held in 2022 as well.

Diversity & Inclusion Interview Skills September 2021 As the interest in diversity and inclusion has been growing globally, the needs of the training and restructuring regarding the subject have also been growing. HR managers and job interviewers consider how to reflect diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, where fairness is required. Through this course, participants discussed the unconscious biases during the hiring process and shared insights on how to conduct structured recruitment interviews to prevent unconscious bias. In the end, participants realized the importance of excluding biased opinions during the recruitment process in order to create a diverse and inclusive organization.

Train the Trainer November 2021 Train the Trainer helped participants understand the characteristics of adult education and obtain the qualifications as trainers to design and develop training through analyzing the training needs. The program also supported participants

from

acquiring

the

knowledge

and

essential

skills,

understanding the characteristics of 1:1 training to creating a curriculum. Furthermore, Train the Trainer provided a session where participants could demonstrate teaching themselves and receive feedback. Through this course, participants were able to become professional field trainers with such a certified program that included a combined learning process of relevant theories, teaching demonstrations, and an examination.


BLUEBELL KOREA TRAINING Learn professional skills necessary for practice through LBI's on-the-job training.

Perfume Brand Pre-opening Training Parfum de Marly, L’Atelier des Parfums, Maison 21G LBI prepared a training for Bluebell Korea prior to the opening of the new perfume brands. The training included the following sessions: Understanding Perfume (the Basics of Perfume, Trends & Manufacturing), the Importance of Fragrance Marketing, Testing Process and Method, and Understanding the Main Competitors. A professional perfumer with sales experience in perfumes from various global brands conducted the training to the trainees who have no experience in perfume sales. In addition, the program included activities like creating one's own scent by directly experiencing and combining the basic fragrance ingredients from different fragrance brands. ⓒ Maison 21G

New Manager Leadership Program Bluebell Korea A 1-day Zoom session was held for the new brand managers who were first given the role of people management. By recognizing the manager's role and observing the main leadership attributes as a manager, the participants shared the experiences and the insights on the responsibilities of a manager. The topics included employee performance management, various management styles based on work motivation, the system of people management, and leadership powers. Furthermore, the participants discussed the current development stage of each team and examined on how to create trust within the group. This course can be held as a 2-day session by presenting and discussing various cases that the new manager may face.

LBI IN JEJU LBI Jeju provides various training programs for government organizations and high-end resorts executives and staff members in Jeju.

2021 JDC Creates a Culture of Integrity LBI Jeju provided training once a week for 7 weeks to 140 executives and employees of Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) to create a culture of integrity. Through this program, JDC was able to build a fair organizational culture and all employees were able to practice and obtain the abilities to maintain a trustworthy organization.

2021 JPDC Expert Training Course 2021 JPDC New Employee Training Job competency training courses utilizing statistics and MS Excel were conducted for the Jeju Province Development Co (JPDC) employees and the training was completed with a high satisfaction rate. Team Building, Vision Drawing, Followership, and MS Excel training programs helped the newly hired employees to better adjust themselves in workplace.

The 1st JTO Academy Brand Marketing School Jeju Tourism Organization (JTO) opened a Brand Marketing School for middle managers to enhance the understanding of the overall brand for the development and management of JTO. The Brand Marketing School was a 5-week course consisting of 4 educational modules including Brand Theory, Brand Communication, Brand Design, and Brand Research Methods, and the course was completed with a final team report presentation.

2021 Local Autonomy School for Jeju Citizens Local Autonomy School for Jeju Citizens (LAS Jeju) is a program organized by Jeju to strengthen its selfgoverning capabilities and foster relating experts. LBI Jeju and Future Development Strategy Institute, operated a community college for 40 Jeju residents every Saturday morning for a total of 8 weeks. A total of 14 courses were conducted, and the last training session was held with a workshop and a completion ceremony. LBI Korea & Le Cordon Bleu Sookmyung Academy MOU LBI Korea signed an MOU with Le Cordon BleuSookmyung Academy on July 29 to support students' career development. Through the MOU, the companies plan to fully support the next generation of Korean talents to find and develop their careers in the luxury and hospitality industries. LBI Korea provides a variety of career education including career planning, interview preparation, and resume writing workshops to Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy students.
