INDEPENDENCE MEETS COMFORT

WELCOME TO THE STUDENT VILLAGE AT LUTHER COLLEGE.

Transition comfortably to adulthood in a place that lets you focus on your studies, personal wellness, and making friends! The Student Village is a student residence with 219 private rooms and 24-hour support staff on site. Our renovated rooms come with a meal plan, free laundry, all your utilities, and a great sense of community.

Having a safe, affordable, and convenient home base is crucial to your success and wellness. The Student Village is designed to meet those needs, but also provides fun student life activities, so you can embrace your time outside of studying. Enjoy the ease and convenience of living right on campus, never having to worry about shopping for groceries, cooking meals, or doing the dishes! Relax in one of the many common areas but know that you have your own private space when your social battery needs to recharge.

Each private room includes:

• Twin XL bed with mattress and nightstand

• Wardrobe and under bed drawer space

• Desk with drawer unit and chair

• Large fresh-air window

• Blinds (blackout and light filtering)

• Ample wall shelving

• Individual room temperature control

I chose The Student Village at Luther College because living on campus will give me a lot more independence than living at home, and there will be a much shorter commute to classes. I chose The Student Village specifically because of the private rooms, the amazing food, and the small community of other students.ā€

Perfect for first-year students adjusting to university life.

Being an international student is never easy, but The Student Village made my journey much easier, by making me feel welcomed and giving the warmth of acceptance. Before coming to Luther’s residence, the decision was completely based on the fact that commuting to classes was easy. After living in The Student Village and spending eight months here, I would now say that it’s a place where residents are given priority and people are valued. I love the engagement activities on the weekends, where residents can hang out, talk, play games, and make new friends.ā€
