Laureates, Order of Canada recipients, professors, professionals - all who are making the world a better place. That is the transformative change our vision statement refers to. Transformative change means helping to make the world more grace-filled, a phrase that is deeply and richly rooted in our Lutheran traditions.

Transformative change is also about making the world a more just place—graduates who are compassionate, creative, and critical thinkers are those who work for justice and peace in the world.

Finally, our graduates work to make the world a more joyful place. I love that part of our new vision statement: it is not only about making change or making the world just - it is also about bringing joy into the world, through music, the arts, and a love of learning instilled in our students. That is what we do and why we matter as an institution!

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

REV. DR. MARC JERRY As I begin my fourth year as president of Luther College – Regina, I am delighted to share some of the highlights from the past academic year.

“With your help, we can live out our vocation as we are called to educate our students so that we can send them out into the world to make transformative change for a more grace-filled, just, and joyful world!”

Throughout 2022-23, we enjoyed the full re-opening of our campuses and a relative return to “normal.” While I don’t think we’ll ever return to what the world looked like pre-pandemic, this past year was as close to a return to normal as possible. Many of our

activities (like our musical, Sister Act Jr., and L.I.T.) and face-toface classes and research on our university campus returned in full swing. Our students and faculty and staff were craving community and in-person activities following the pandemic – and that is something we do best in our Luther Community.

This past year also saw some significant leadership changes with the retirement of Dr. Mark Anderson at our High School campus. Mark was with Luther College for 35 years and retires after a distinguished career of service to our school, culminating in his time as Principal and Head of School. Madame Nora Marpole, who has been at the school for over 20 years, most recently as our Vice-Principal of Dorms and Student Life, has been appointed as Interim Principal through June 30 of 2025. This year we also created a single College Leadership Group as we move to a single leader model for each functional area of the College, in alignment with the continuing

goal of only one leadership group with fiduciary oversight of both campuses.

We also continued our work on rolling out our new Vision 2025 Strategic Plan, including a number of alumni tour visits across Canada where we were able to share our new Vision and Mission statements and reconnect with our alumni community.

I want to especially thank our generous donors, without whom we would not have been able to keep our doors open during the pandemic period. With your help, we can live out our vocation as we are called to educate our students so that we can send them out into the world to make transformative change for a more grace-filled, just, and joyful world!

May we, in this coming year, continue this good and important work of education in our community.

MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD CHAIR

GREG SWANSON At the end of 2022, we all likely thought the effects of Covid-19 on organizations such as Luther College were over and everything in 2023 would be back to normal.

However, that hasn’t been the reality. Luther College High School and the University are still struggling with fewer students in the residences, and the High School is about 50 students below its ideal enrolment, as our staff continue to rebuild where the College was prior to the pandemic.

For the last two years, I have reported that the Board continues to update its Board Operating Guidelines, which contain the bulk of the Board’s policies. In last year’s report I advised that this process would be complete by fall 2023. Regrettably, it is not, as we discovered at the last minute some “I’s” that needed dotting and “T’s that needed crossing. This project will be completed for this coming year, however, in 2023–24.

The Board also spent considerable time developing Vision, Mission and Value statements that would

be relevant for both the University and High School campuses. Many of our students are not Lutheran and many are not Christian.

Luther College welcomes all students, regardless of their faith and provides an excellent education. Though words such as “Christ” or “Christian” are not present in the new Vision, Mission and Values, Luther College will always be a Christian educational institution at its core. In fact, the Luther College Act requires that a majority of the Board of Regents and Corporate Members (shareholders) must be members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC). In keeping with the beliefs of the ELCIC, this June, Luther College board members, students and staff participated in the Queen City Pride Parade as one way of demonstrating our welcoming community to all.

You can read the Board’s full Vision, Mission and Values in this report. The Board also adopted several key strategic themes to guide the work done by the faculty

and staff to operationalize these strategies. This Report to our Community reports on some of that work already underway.

ALUMNI PROFILE, RAIHA SHAREEF FROM STORYTELLING TO ACTION

By Sabrina Cataldo, BA ‘97, BJ ’99, MA ’23 “I want to change this repeating cycle of misinformation and lack of education about our bodies as children of refugees and immigrants. This is one of the ways I can give back to my community.”

Shareef was the founder and president of the University of Regina Champions of Change Club, a student-led gender equity group that aims to create systemic change. The club worked alongside the Regina Open Door Society to develop a workshop for refugee and immigrant girls, educating them on body autonomy, feminism, and period poverty.

When Raiha Shareef was a child, she loved listening to her grandmother talk about her time as a women’s rights activist in Pakistan. “My grandmother helped women who were experiencing domestic violence. Growing up with her storytelling about women’s rights inspired me and sparked my interest in educating others,” she says.

Add to this the global perspectives Shareef was raised with as the daughter of Pakistani immigrants, and it’s no surprise that she became an activist herself. “Immigrant and refugee communities are busy trying to adapt to a whole new culture in Canada and trying to make ends meet. Because of this, important education about body rights is pushed off to the side,” she explains.

A personal experience—one many menstruators can relate to—led to Shareef’s realization that she wanted to be a menstrual equity advocate. “It was the summer before my undergrad, and I got my period unexpectedly. I didn’t have any products, so I had to leave class and miss out on activities. I wondered, ‘Why aren’t period products readily accessible, just like toilet paper?

What message is this sending to menstruators?’”

One of the mandates of Champions of Change is to destigmatize menstruation. Shareef prepared a report and advocated to the University of Regina administration for free menstrual products to be available in washrooms on campus.

It was successful. “The change in

the community was tangible. So many menstruators came up to me and were grateful they didn’t have to leave class because they got their period,” she says. “I took that feedback to heart—this is something I want to continue doing, to keep empowering people and make sure they feel welcome in their spaces.”

Shareef also spearheaded an initiative to distribute thousands of period products to community fridges in Regina, recognizing the intersections between food insecurity, poverty and period poverty. Along with pads and tampons, they donated food that was beyond the typical non-perishables, such as pizzas donated by local Boston Pizza restaurants. “They deserve food that makes them feel good. Seeing their faces when they got the pizzas and hearing them say, ‘I can’t remember the last time I got this!’ was really rewarding,” she says, mentioning that she is proud that the club’s work is continuing after her graduation this spring.

Shareef’s passion for leading change progressed to advocacy on a global level. She served as a youth advocate for menstrual equity in Canada and worked with Plan International Canada as a youth ambassador. She delivered a speech in French and English to the Government of Canada on how gender inequity was exacerbated by the pandemic, and she urged members of parliament to invest

in international gender equality programming. In 2022, she spoke on a global panel with other menstrual equity leaders on the intersections of public policy and accessibility to menstrual products.

took a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree at Luther because she plans to be a human rights lawyer.

One of Shareef’s first-year courses was Women and Gender Studies, taught by Luther College university professor Dr. Brenda Anderson, and Shareef credits that course and Dr. Anderson for helping give her the vocabulary she needed to articulate herself to government representatives. As she explains, “I had very limited knowledge on gender equity. The feelings I had— she helped me put them into words.”

The Luther College Medal of Distinction is given to one graduating student for the best academic record, leadership, community service, and commitment to inclusivity.

Anderson continued to mentor Shareef throughout her undergrad and even invited her as a guest speaker in her lectures. “Those experiences made me feel like I had something to say, I had a story, and I should share it. She’s definitely someone I’ve loved having in my corner,” Shareef says.

In a letter nominating Shareef for the Luther College Medal of Distinction—which she received— Anderson wrote, “Raiha is everything we work towards in our classrooms and hallways. We can be so very proud of how she has risen to the challenge of transforming our world for the better.”

“If I want to be the best lawyer in this field, I need to be a trauma-informed lawyer.”

Her time at Luther College High School and University also set her up for success at McGill. The selfdirected program sees her reading 100 pages per night, with no regular tests to keep students on track. “I have to keep myself in check. My work ethic and understanding of how to organize my time comes from my experience at Luther,” she says.

Shareef is now pursuing a law degree at McGill University. She

EMPOWERING INDIGENOUS STUDENTS AT LUTHER COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL

Thanks to the incredible generosity of an anonymous donor through the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation, we have established an Indigenous student bursary at Luther College High School.

This bursary provides a unique opportunity for Indigenous students seeking access to quality education.

It covers tuition, school supplies, bus passes, and meal plans, thereby removing any financial barriers.

Students receiving this bursary also benefit from Luther’s supportive environment and have access to other supports like counseling and academic guidance to help ensure they succeed.

Since the establishment of this bursary, we have witnessed remarkable stories of resilience, growth, and achievement among our Indigenous students. Luther College helps to prepare students to navigate the challenges of higher education. But it’s the generous support of donors like this that has been instrumental in paving the way for a brighter future for these deserving young individuals.

PURSUING ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE THROUGH AN ENRICHING, INNOVATIVE AND STUDENT-CENTRED EXPERIENCE IB World School Luther College High School is an IB World School, and as such is evaluated every five years on the implementation of the IB Programme Standards and Practices, the aspirational agreements among IB World Schools on what high quality education means in practice. The evaluation process is intended to support the school’s ongoing development and not merely to evaluate compliance with IB requirements. LCHS earned praise in many areas, including the ways in which the school lives the IB mission, fosters internationally-minded people, communicates with stakeholders, develops relationships with the wider community, offers students a wide range of relevant athletic, cultural, and leadership/service experiences, and provides resources and support to teachers and learners. The report also supported areas that the school identified for future development.

The Principal’s Gold Medal is awarded to a graduating Luther College High School student with the greatest general proficiency in academic and co-curricular activities. The 2023 recipient was Richard Xu (pictured center).

The Luther Medal of Distinction was awarded to Raiha Shareef, BA in Psychology (Great Distinction). Other Luther students receiving Spring 2023 convocation awards were: Andreea Ababei, BScHons in Psychology (High Honours), receiving the Faculty of Science Dean’s Medal; and Mackenzie Evans, BScHons in Biology with a concentration in Cellular & Molecular Biology (High Honours, Co-op), receiving both the University Prize in Science and the Dr. Robert M. Agnew Memorial Award.

El Salvador Mission Trip Seventeen students participated in a reverse mission trip to El Salvador in February – part of the Christian Ethics curriculum. The students learn about the culture and traumatic past of the El Salvadorians to better understand their own privilege and place in the world.

Commitment to Truth and Reconciliation

Queen City Pride Parade

The High School stayed open for the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation to attend an event at Government House to unveil a new monument honouring residential school survivors and performances that told Indigenous survivor stories.

Luther College was a Bronze Sponsor for the Queen City Pride Parade in June. There was participation from Board members, faculty, and students from both campuses, in one of the first public events marking the College’s support of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

As one of the school’s wellness activities, a school-wide Round Dance and Ceremony was held, led by Evan Whitestar, Keona Juhlin (one of our students) and the Buffalo Boys.

Annual Service Day Luther College High School students participated in the annual Service Day. This is an event where students volunteer for a service project of their choice within the community. Students also helped organize this community work all over Regina and on our campus.

Student Village Housing and Special Events For the Fall 2022 term, The Student Village housing residence at Luther’s university campus had 115 residents, which was the targeted goal set by the Recruitment & Residence project team. The residence staff have been planning and hosting residence events to make them more memorable and special for our residents, with the intent to redevelop a community for our resident students.

FOSTERING A DIVERSE, TRUSTWORTHY, AND RESPECTFUL WORKPLACE WITH ENGAGED FACULTY AND STAFF Elder Lorna Standingready

Employee Wellness

For the first time, Luther College has an Elder-in-Residence.

Elder Lorna Standingready assists in all programming to further decolonize all the University’s work.

Our newly developed Human Resources team adeptly staffed, supported, and aligned our most important asset and biggest resource, our people, with our most urgent strategic priorities, particularly as some roles have evolved over time. Add to that, coming out of a global pandemic, staff and faculty are commended for their resilience, professionalism, and the care they are providing to our students.

Elder Lorna is from Treaty 4 territory and is a ten-year Indian residential school survivor. Elder Lorna has dedicated herself to serving her community. She has volunteered with over forty organizations, and has also served as a board member for various provincial and federal organizations. Her story represents the power of resilience, cultural pride, and the interconnectedness of all.

Faculty and Chaplain Changes Academic Dean Yvonne Petry was reappointed to her position until June 30, 2024. Madame Nora Marpole was appointed as the Interim Principal for two years, July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.

Head of School/Principal Dr. Mark Anderson retired after 35 years with Luther. Rev. Dr. Sarah Dymund became our Interim Chaplain at the University until June 30, 2024. She is also the Pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Research Highlights Luther College university faculty members conduct a wide range of research and publications in a variety of disciplines.

A few highlights from the year: • Dr. Brenda Anderson is part of a tri-provincial research group with the University of Winnipeg, University of Alberta and University of Regina that received a three-year grant for nearly $200,000. The title of the project is Metis Expressions of Spirituality and Religion Across the Homeland.

• Dr. Roger Petry participated in the Bridging the Water Adaptation Gap–Pathways to Adaptation for Vulnerable Regions meetings, following the awarding of a $2.4 million partnership grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council led by the University of Regina. Dr. Petry is a co-researcher on the five-year project working with teams in Saskatchewan, Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile.

• Luther College is a recipient of over $200,000 in funding in partnership with the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER), with support from the Government of Canada. It will allow the College to provide students with hands-on experience working in the community towards sustainability initiatives.

• Several faculty members at Luther College, including Dr. Nicole Hansmeier and Dr. Kaila Bruer, currently hold multiyear federal grants to support their research.

• Dr. Barbara Reul’s book Perfect Timing – Recollections of coping with cancer during a pandemic was nominated in two categories for the 2023 Saskatchewan Book Awards, the first Open Educational Resource to be nominated.

• Dr. Dorothy Lane published an article, “‘Unlikely Adventures’ in Sacred and Secular Space: India and the Sikh Diaspora,” in the International Journal of Religious Tourism and Pilgrimage.

STEWARDING OUR RESOURCES TO CREATE A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

Non-profit and Voluntary Sector Studies Network The NVSSN hosted a community engagement session to talk about how to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) framework locally.

The funding for this event was provided by a grant held by two of our campus colleagues from the Faculty of Arts and the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy.

Luther College is the International Association of Universities lead on the UN Sustainable Development Goal #12 – “Responsible Consumption and Production”, helping build foundations for a thriving, more peaceful, sustainable planet.

15th Annual Education for Sustainability Development Recognition Awards Luther College received two awards that recognize projects that educate, encourage, and engage others in sustainable development – meeting the needs of the present without comprising the future. The Dr. Garth Pickard Award for Post–Secondary Excellence in Education for Sustainable Development was awarded to reconciliation activity Project of Heart. It aligns with four Sustainable Development Goals: reduced inequalities; peace, justice and strong institutions; partnerships for the SDGs; and life on land.

The Non-profit and Voluntary Sector Studies Network and the Sask. Council for International Cooperation were jointly recognized for their work on the SDG Expo and SDG multiplier training. The SDG Expo was a come-and-go event where students visited with campus and community partners about using the goals to advance their work.

DEVELOPING A LIFE-LONG CONNECTION WITH OUR COMMUNITIES Project of Heart Forty people from across the Regina area participated in a series of workshops in a unique program called Project of Heart at Luther College at the University of Regina.

Project of Heart commemorates the lives of children who attended residential schools, connects this history to ongoing systemic racism, and affects change towards the goal of reconciliation through activist work in the community. The program is an inquiry-based, hands-on, collaborative, intergenerational, artistic journey of seeking truth about the history of residential schools in Canada. In particular, the project studies the legacy and impacts of the Regina Indian Industrial School.

2023 Distinguished Service Award Recipients The 2023 Distinguished Service Award recipients were Berbel Knoll and Mary Vetter. The award recognizes ongoing loyalty, commitment, outstanding contribution, and service.

Berbel Knoll was the High School’s first female principal in 1995 and had over a 30-year career at LCHS. Mary Vetter was the College’s first female science professor in 1984 and first female academic dean in 2005.

Cross-Canada Alumni Tour President Marc Jerry and Director of Development Maureen Harrison held a cross-Canada alumni tour to engage our alumni communities (of both campuses): to share our new Vision/Mission/Values and Vision 2025 Strategic Plan, as well as connect personally with some of our major donors and community members. This series of alumni events focused on the new strategic plan.

Luther Bach Choir Under the direction of Luther alumnus and artistic director Michael Angell, the Luther Bach Choir resumed post-COVID with participation in the Perspective Music Festival. Luther’s portative organ was used with this concert, and Pastor Sarah preached for the Pentecost service along with the choir.

BOARD OF REGENTS AS OF JUNE 30, 2023 The Luther College Board of Regents comprises the following individuals, who generously dedicate their time and effort to the governance of Luther College.

Janet Bjorndahl (U’79) Janet is retired from the I.T. industry, having worked for a variety of organizations from Augustana University College to Farm Credit Canada. She specialized in database design and data protection. She is an alumna of the University campus (U’79) with a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science. Janet has served on church boards and committees and as congregational treasurer.

Beth Drozda (HS’84, U’87) Beth is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Access Communications and has worked in the HR field for 13 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in French and Religious Studies, a Human Resources Advanced Certificate, and her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Beth is an alumna of both the High School (HS’84) and the University (U’87) and has been in the Luther Bach Choir since 1989.

Daranne Harris (HS’95) Rev. Harris is pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Calgary. Daranne is ordained by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC) and graduated with a Master of Divinity from the Lutheran Theological Seminary. She is a former Pastor at Hope Lutheran Church (Calgary, AB) and was the Vice President of Bethany Care Society.

Daranne is an alumna of Luther College High School (HS’95).

Robert Davis (HS’04) Robert is the Vice President, Treasury at Conexus Credit Union. Robert earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a former Assistant Coach of the Luther Lions Senior Boys basketball team, and an alumnus of the High School (HS’04). Robert previously served on the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society of Saskatchewan Board, and Association for Financial Professionals (AFPC) – Regina Inc. Board.

Lee Elliott - Treasurer Lee is the owner and CEO of End of the Roll Flooring in Regina, SK. He is also a lecturer in Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Regina. Lee has his MBA from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan as well as a C.Dir. designation from McMaster University. Lee has previous board experience with the University of Regina Board of Governors, the Saskatchewan Science Centre, and with Prairie Valley School Division. Lee’s son is an alumnus of the High School and his daughter is a current student.

Helga Hein (HS’76) Helga is retired from a diverse career in communications/branding and facilitation. She has a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina and is an alumna of Luther College High School (HS’76). She has previous board experience with the Lutheran Theological Seminary, the University of Regina Alumni Association Board, and Tourism Regina.

Victoria Mwamasika Victoria is currently the Pastor at Zion Lutheran Church in Weyburn, SK, with a Master of Divinity degree. She has previous board experience with LCBI and is the Chaplain of the Weyburn Branch No. 47 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Victoria graduated from a Lutheran high school and university in Tanzania and has experience with Lutheran institutions in Africa.

Dwight Nelson - Vice Chair Dwight is a retired Chartered Accountant and Certified Health Executive with 35 years of management experience in financial services and public sector administration. He was President & COO of Carewest Innovative Health Care in Calgary, AB for six years, and President & CEO of the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region for 12 years. Dwight has previous board experience with several national and provincial organizations, as well as the University of Regina. Both his children attended Luther College High School and one attended the University campus.

Brennen Schmidt (HS’08) Brennen is a management consultant and thought leader on cybersecurity, emergency planning and crisis response.

He has advised public and private organizations across North America.

Brennen holds a Certificate in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Education, majoring in Business, Technology & Media Education from the University of Regina. His previous board and volunteer service includes Corporate Secretary for the MacKenzie Institute for the Study of Terrorism, Revolution and Propaganda, and citizen advisor for eHealth Saskatchewan. He is an alumnus from Luther College High School (HS’08).

June Schultz June Schultz, CPA, CMA, is a senior accounting and financial management executive with over 30 years’ experience.

Her previous Board and volunteer service includes the Senate Committee at the University of Regina, Treasurer at Christ Lutheran Church, Vice-Chair of The Casey Foundation, and ViceChair of the Registration Committee of CPA Saskatchewan. June also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Her son was a student of Luther College at the University of Regina.

Marie Shalashniy (HS’11) Marie is a lawyer and holds her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law with a Certificate in French Common Law from the University of Ottawa. She also has a Baccalauréat en Éducation and Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Regina. She currently serves on the board of the Canadian International Council and is Vice Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Students South Section. Marie is an alumna of the High School (HS’11).

Gregory Swanson - Chair Greg is a retired lawyer after spending his 40-year career practising law. Greg is a graduate of the University of Regina (B. Admin) and earned his LLB from the University of Saskatchewan. He has previous board experience with the University of Regina Senate, the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation, and the Scandinavian Club of Regina, among others.

Karl Tiefenbach (HS’73, U’76) Karl is retired from a 32-year career in petroleum refining at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. Karl previously served on the Regents from 2003-2013, including Chair from 2008-2012. He is an alumnus of the High School (HS’73) and University (U’76). Karl’s wife Kathy (HS’76) and their children are also Luther College alumni. Karl’s father, Arnold Tiefenbach, was a long-time faculty member from 1949-1969.

Jim Vadeboncoeur Jim is a Certified Professional Accountant, and a Certified Management Accountant. He has a 31-year accounting career and is currently working at Information Services Corporation in Regina, SK. Two of his children are High School alumni and another is a current student.

Andrea Wagner (HS’85, U’90) Corporate Secretary Andrea has a Master of Public Administration, and is currently working for SaskPower as an Organizational Change Management Consultant.

Andrea is an alumna of both Luther College High School (HS’85) and Luther College at the University of Regina (U’90, U’94). She has previous board experience with the MacKenzie Art Gallery, Planned Parenthood Regina, and Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS Luther College is able to operate both campuses through assistance from our generous donors.

Almost 12 per cent of 2022–23 operating revenues were from donations, which allows the College to offer scholarships and bursaries to assist as many students as possible to receive a Luther educational experience. Luther College’s operations continued to be impacted by the effects of the pandemic, as the number of international students was still low at the High School, and overall tuition at the University has not recovered to pre-pandemic levels. Our donors have allowed Luther College to remain financially sustainable as we work to rebuild enrollments.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR GIVING

It supports programs like athletics, music, drama, and the arts.

It helps us to upgrade our dorms, classrooms, lecture theatres, athletic fields, and sidewalks.

It helps Luther provide scholarships, bursaries, and financial aid to worthy students.

It enables us to hire and retain the best faculty and staff.

It helps us to upgrade our computer equipment, technology and security systems.

Financial Aid at Luther College Last year, nearly $850,000 was given out in bursaries and financial aid to qualified Luther students across both campuses. Over $320,000 of this was funded through donations to our annual appeal and contributions from individual donors and family foundations. A further $350,000 came from our endowment funds.

Financial aid is tied closely to our mission to be a community of care and is rooted in our call to love and serve our neighbours. Last year, 18% of Luther College students received financial assistance. We know our students come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and we are committed to providing financial aid to ensure students have access to a Luther College education regardless of financial circumstances. In the spirit of reconciliation, the high school also offers two bursaries specifically for Indigenous students.

Planned Giving Planned Giving at Luther College has been instrumental over many decades in supporting facilities and programs.

The Visionaries’ Society formally celebrates those donors who have made their bequest intentions known to us. The generosity of those members of our community who have joined the Visionaries’ Society will be transformational to the long-term financial sustainability of the College. Planned Giving can leave a legacy for generations of Luther students to come.
