Luther is the International Association of Universities lead on the UN Sustainable Development Goal #12 Responsible Consumption and Production, helping to build a thriving, peaceful, and sustainable planet

I really enjoyed how invested Dr. Nicole Hansmeier and Professor Scott J. Wilson were in their students. They showed genuine compassion and gave helpful feedback which made doing assignments easier. I struggle with writing, and Professor Wilson (English and Writing Across the Disciplines Coordinator) helped tremendously to improve my techniques in writing. Dr. Hansmeier helped with conveying concepts and her exams were a clear reflection of her notes/examples.”

One of my first-year courses was Women’s and Gender Studies taught by Dr. Brenda Anderson. Her continued mentorship and guest-speaking opportunities made me feel like I had something to say, I had a story, and I should share it.
