Finland is very close to Denmark and even though the countries is within Scandinavia the meetings takes place in English since the languages is far from similar. The market in Finland is interesting in many ways. We have been involved in mainly new builds, however, the last couple of years there is a lot renovation going on. The picture shows our CEO with our great partner from Finland. He is working in the construction business and have helped us to open some doors.
Sweden is close to Denmark and in many ways there is similarities, yet, the lighting business in Sweden is different compared to Denmark. Lumega works with a few agents in Sweden which means there is space for more. Further we search for a distributor. The picture is our CEO in a meeting together with one of our agents in Sweden who mainly introduce Lumega products to his network in Sweden, Lumega do have some sales directly to projects in Sweden as well.
Many places in Africa there is a huge potential for the lighting industry. Yet the market is very difficult. How Lumega navigate in Africa is mainly through agents and we furthermore involve the embassies. Our CEO made the first visit in Kenya where he met several partners. Some of them we already knew from the past and then we entered new agreement. There is many seats available for Africa. Certain agents in Africa have earned money enough to cover expenses in 5 years of living.
