VPM INDUSTRIA Srl è un’azienda specializzata nella produzione di ponteggi metallici fissi, nati per dare sicurezza in vari campi lavorativi, spaziando dal civile all’industriale dallo sport allo spettacolo.

Collocata nel territorio veneto, con due unità operative, una nel comune di San Michele al Tagliamento, dove si svolge tutta la lavorazione della lamiera (piani di lavoro e ferma piedi), ed una nel comune di Gruaro, dove si effettuano tutte le operazioni sul tubo con il taglio, la piegatura e la saldatura. Tutte le lavorazioni si svolgono con attrezzature all’avanguardia.

L’azienda fa un salto di qualità acquisendo a Dicembre 2019 le Autorizzazioni Ministeriali e le linee produttive del ponteggio Trb, portandola così a collocarsi in tutto il territorio nazionale.

VPM INDUSTRIA Srl is a company specializing in the production of fixed metal scaffolding, created to provide safety in various fields of work, ranging from civil to industrial, from sports to entertainment.

Located in the Veneto area, with two operating units, one in the municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento, where all the sheet metal processing takes place (working platforms and toe-boards), and one in the municipality of Gruaro, where all the operations on the tube are carried out with cutting, bending and welding. SLIM EURO

Nel tempo, la realizzazione di fabbricati sempre più articolati e imponenti, ma soprattutto le normative in merito alla sicurezza in cantiere, ha fatto sì che cambiamenti radicali operassero nel settore della progettazione dei ponteggi. Tutt’ora i produttori continuano a brevettare e migliorare i loro prodotti, proprio come la VPM industria che mira a mettere sul mercato sistemi di ponteggio rapidi, sicuri e innovativi.

Una nuova gamma di ponteggi vi viene presentata parlando del ponteggio a telai prefabbricati “EURO BOC 250 – 180” a boccole e del ponteggio a montanti e traversi “SLIM 25”.

Questi due sistemi, oltre a lavorare in modo corretto l’uno indipendente dall’altro, offrono l’esclusiva possibilità di combinare tra loro gli elementi che li compongono, essi infatti, sono sono stati pensati appositamente per realizzare un sistema di ponteggio certificato dove gli accessori risultino interscambiabili tra loro.

L’impiego di questi ponteggi varia dal civile al navale fino all’industriale.

EURO BOC 250 – 180 e SLIM 25 sono un’ottima soluzione per cantieri dove lo spazio di installazione del ponteggio è limitata ma sono ideali anche per la realizzazione di strutture particolari come piani di carico, torri scale, pagliolati o tunnel per il passaggio pedonale.

Over the years, the realization of buildings more and more impressive and articulate, but especially regulations about the safety in the construction site, lead to radical change in the scaffolding design’s industry. Even now, producers keep patenting and improving their products, just as the VPM Industria that aims to put on the market fast, safe and innovative scaffolding systems.

We introduce you a new selection of scaffolding, talking about the “EURO BOC 250 – 180 “ prefabricated frame scaffolding with bushing fittings and the “SLIM 25” scaffolding with uprights and transoms.

These two systems, work correctly independent of each other, and offer the exclusive possibility to combine the elements that compose them. In fact, they have been designed specially to realize a certified scaffolding system where the accessories result interchangeable.

The usage of these scaffolding change from the civil or the shipbuilding industry to the industrial sector.

EURO BOC 250 – 180 and SLIM 25 systems are a great solution for the construction sites where the scaffolding installation’s space is limited, but they are also ideal for the realization of particular structures as loading platforms, ladders tower, catchfans or tunnels for the pedestrian crossing.

Nel corso degli anni, la VPM Industria ha focalizzato la sua attenzione sulla progettazione di un ponteggio che soddisfi i bisogni specifici della sua clientela, garantendo performance, versatilità, affidabilità e durevolezza; stiamo parlando del tipo di ponteggio Euro Boc 250-180 e dello SLIM25.

Il ponteggio Euro Boc 250-180 è un sistema a telai prefabbricati a boccole mentre quello dello SLIM25 è un sistema a montanti e traversi che viene utilizzato come un ponteggio tipo multidirezionale, in quanto, i montanti che caratterizzano il telaio sono provvisti di 12 o 16 boccole.

La peculiarità di questo sistema sta nella perfetta interazione tra il ponteggio Euro Boc 250 – 180 e quello dello SLIM 25. Questa compatibilità tra i materiali permette di poter utilizzare tutti gli elementi che compongono i due sistemi in modo tale da realizzare un ponteggio completo con campate di differente misura, infatti possiamo realizzare passi di lunghezza pari a 2500 / 1800 / 1446 / 1120 mm.

Questo ci permette di progettare un ponteggio che si adatta perfettamente all’opera servita e così facendo di ridurre i passaggi di compenso che normalmente si creano utilizzando un classico tipo di ponteggio a telaio prefabbricato avente solo una campata standard di lunghezza 1800 mm.

Over the years, the VPM Industria company has focused its attention on a scaffolding’s planning that can meet its customer’s specific needs, providing performance,flexibility, reliability and durability: we are talking about the Euro Boc 250-180 and the SLIM25 scaffolding types.

The Euro Boc 250-180 scaffolding is a prefabricated frames system with bushing fittings, instead the SLIM 25 is an uprights and transoms system used as a multidirectional scaffolding, because the transoms that characterize frames are provided with 12 or 16 bushing fittings.

The peculiarity of this system, is the perfect interaction between the Euro Boc 250180 scaffolding and the SLIM 25. This compatibility among the materials, enables to use every element that compose both the two systems in a way that we can obtain a complete scaffolding with different size spans. In fact, we can realize a stride length of 2500 / 1800 / 1446 / 1120 mm.

In this way, this system allows us to project a scaffolding which can perfectly fit to the work served, reducing the filler elements which are created normally using a classic prefabricated frame scaffolding type, having only a standard span 1800 mm long.

SLIM 25EURO BOC 250-180

Sia il ponteggio EURO BOC 250-180 sia lo SLIM25 vengono realizzati con acciaio di qualità ad alta resistenza e vengono protetti da un trattamento superficiale di zincatura a caldo; in tal modo si previene in maniera efficiente la corrosione nel tempo dettata dagli agenti atmosferici. Lo studio da parte dei nostri tecnici riguardo la progettazione e l’utilizzo interscambiabile degli elementi che compongono i ponteggi, ha portato ad una soluzione corrente riguardante il piano metallico. La testa delle tavole è stata pensata in modo tale da rendere possibile l’incastro in totale sicurezza dei piani metallici di misura 330 mm con quelli di misura 500 mm che troviamo presenti nell’autorizzazione ministeriale del ponteggio EURO BOC 250-180. Specifichiamo anche che è possibile integrare la gamma di tavole metalliche che offre lo SLIM 25 come ad esempio quella da 495 “SC” oppure quella da 490 “SCN”, anch’esse compatibili con quelle già citate.

Both EURO BOC 250-180 and SLIM 25 scaffolding are produced with high quality and high strength steel and they are protected by a heat galvanization surface treatment. In this way, the corrosion over time caused by atmospheric agents is efficiently prevented.

The study of our technicians about the planning and the interchangeable usage of elements that compose scaffolding, lead to a new solution concerning the scaffold steel planks.

Plank’s head has been designed in such a way, that it has become possible to make totally safe the joint between the 330 mm long scaffold steel planks with those 500 mm long ,which we can find into the ministerial authorization of the EURO BOC 250-180 scaffolding.

We also specify that it is possible to integrate the range of scaffold steel planks which offers the SLIM 25, such as the 495 “SC” scaffold steel plank or the 490 “SCN”, both compatible with those already mentioned.

Sempre più spesso nel mondo dei ponteggi, ci ritroviamo a dover progettare e realizzare strutture sempre più complesse ed articolate come sbalzi, tunnel o piani di carico.

Un ponteggio classico necessita, indubbiamente, dell’integrazione del sistema a “TUBO e GIUNTO” per poter compensare le criticità che si manifestano all’interno della struttura con una conseguente perdita di tempo e l’utilizzo di un elevato numero di accessori.

Tutto questo viene migliorato con l’impiego del nostro nuovo sistema di ponteggi EURO BOC 250-180 / SLIM25 in quanto, il telaio è stato pensato con l’aggiunta di una boccola fondamentale.

Nell’esempio qui affianco, raffigurante un ponteggio con annesso un tunnel per il passaggio pedonale, si può notare che, grazie al montaggio delle travi rinforzate e alla collaborazione del telaio EURO BOC 250-180 con il sistema SLIM25, la struttura derivante sarà completamente priva di tubi e giunti.

In the scaffolding’s industry, we find ourselves increasingly to planning and to realize more and more complex structures, such as overhangs , tunnel and loading platforms. A classic scaffolding needs undoubtedly, an integration of the “Tube and Coupler “ system to compensate the critical issues that can manifesting inside the structure causing a waste of time and the usage of an elevate number of accessories.

All that, is improving with the use of our new EURO BOC 250-180 / SLIM 25 scaffolding system, in that the frame has been designed with the addition of a fundamental bushing.

In the example below, it’s represented a scaffolding with a tunnel attached to the structure for the pedestrian crossing. We can notice that, thanks to the reinforced beams installation and thanks to the EURO BOC 50 –180 frame collaboration with the SLIM 25 system, the resulting structure it will be completely lacking of tubes and couplers.

Per realizzare strutture di carico leggere adiacenti al ponteggio di facciata in cantieri dove lo spazio non è un problema, possiamo sfruttare le varie dimensioni dei sistemi SLIM25 ed EURO BOC 250-180.

Nell’esempio riportato, si può notare la realizzazione di una piazzola di cario LEGGERA, avente una portata di 150 Kg a mq.Questa struttura viene utilizzata per lo stazionamento di materiale di piccole dimensioni che deve essere distribuito all’interno della zona di carico.

To realize lightweight loading structures adjacent to the facade scaffolding in the construction site, where the space is not a problem, we can exploit the various sizes of the SLIM 25 and EURO BOC 250-180 systems.

In the example below, we can notice the realization of a lightweight loading zone, having a payload of 150 Kg/mq. This structure is used for the parking of small dimension material that it has to be distributed inside the loading area.

Scala a torre con rampa in alluminio H 2000 mm unidirezionale e bidirezionale

Il sistema della scala a torre avente dimensioni in pianta pari a 2500 mm x 1500 mm rende più agevole e sicura la salita in quota. L’elemento base è la scala a rampa modulare prefabbricata in alluminio, sostenuta dalla struttura portante realizzata da montanti verticali collegati da correnti e diagonali del sistema SLIM 25, configurati in modo tale da formare una torre. Questo sistema rende possibile ancorare la torre direttamente all’opera servita così da risultare un elemento indipendente. Sono due le tipologie di rampe che possiamo assemblare:

• Torre scala unidirezionale, in cui ad ogni rampa corrisponde un pianerottolo di ritorno per l’imbocco della rampa successiva.

• Torre scala bidirezionale, in cui le rampe sono collegate consecutivamente senza soluzione di continuità.

Tower staircase with aluminum ramp H 2000 mm unidirectional and bidirectional

The ladder tower system, which plan dimension is 2500 mm x 1500 mm, makes the ascension up easier and safer. The basic element is the aluminum prefabricated modular ramp ladder, supported by the bearing structure and formed by uprights connected by the SLIM 25 system’s ledgers and diagonal braces, which are configured to form a tower.

This system makes it possible to anchor the tower straight to the work served in order to be an independent element.

There are two typologies of ramps that we can assemble:

• The unidirectional ladder tower, where each ramp corresponds to the landing for the following ramp entrance.

• The bidirectional ladder tower, where every ramp is seamlessly consecutively connected to the other.

Il sistema della torre scala può essere montata affiancata ad un modulare SLIM 25 da 2500 mm o un sistema a telaio EURO BOC 250-180 del ponteggio di facciata, sfruttando così appieno la modularità e al limite il piano del ponteggio stesso come pianerottolo.

La scala prefabbricata è dotata di corrimano su ambo i lati e parapetto per lo sbarco in sommità, inoltre, nella tipologia della scala a torre unidirezionale, è stata inserita la possibilità di usufruire di un cancelletto interno di sicurezza, in modo tale da non avere uno spazio pericoloso verso il vuoto.

APPLICATA AL PONTEGGIO

The ladder tower system can be assembled and flanked by a 2500 mm SLIM 25 modular or an EURO BOC 250-180 frame system of the scaffolding’s facade, taking full advantage of the modularity , or the scaffolding’s walking surface itself like a landing.

The prefabricated ladder is equipped with a handrail on both sides and a guardrail to the landing to the top. In addition, in the unidirectional ladder tower typology has been included the possibility to take advantage of an internal safety gate, so as not to have a dangerous space to the void.

PAGLIOLATO

Uno dei problemi più comuni durante la realizzazione dei sottoponti di sicurezza o nei palchi è lo spinotto del montante che fuoriesce rispetto al piano di calpestio, risultando scomodo e pericoloso per le maestranze.

A questo proposito, il montante da H. 2000 mm dello SLIM25 viene prodotto in due soluzioni:

• Normale con lo spinotto pressato

• Senza spinotto Utilizzando il montante senza spinotto in combinazione con i correnti rinforzati per soppalchi, il risultato sarà un piano di calpestio privo di elementi sporgenti, eliminando così il bisogno di applicare agli spinotti i tappi copri tubo di sicurezza.

Inoltre, con la vasta gamma di misure che offre questo sistema, possiamo adattare all’area interessata i sottoponti o i palchi con estrema facilità.

One common problem during the realization of catchfans and stages is the upright’s gudgeon pin, which comes out from the walking surface, resulting uncomfortable and dangerous for workers.

In this regard, the H. 2000 mm long upright by SLIM 25 system is product in two solutions:

• Normal with the pressed gudgeon pin

• Without gudgeon pin

Using the upright without gudgeon pin combined with reinforced ledgers for mezzanine, the result will be a walking surface lacking of protruding elements, removing the need to apply the safety tube cover caps to the gudgeon pins.

Besides, with the wide range of measures that this system offers, we can adapt catchfans or stages very easily to the affected area.

Il sistema dello SLIM 25 è composto da montanti e traversi; traversi che hanno alle loro estremità un elemento con innesto a cuneo che si inserisce all’interno delle boccole e si blocca con un semplice colpo di martello, garantendo così un aggancio veloce e sicuro. (Figure 1,2,3)

The SLIM 25 system is composed by uprights and transoms; these last ones extremities have a wedgeshaped graft that can be inserted inside the bushing fittings and it can be blocked with a simple hammer blow, providing a fast and safe hook. (Figure 1,2,3)

La particolarità di questi due sistemi è il fatto di essere completamente compatibili tra di loro, ad esempio, in un telaio EURO BOC 250-180 si possono inserire sia i correnti con pipetta pressata sia i correnti con cuneo.

Questo tipo di ponteggio rappresenta una nuova soluzione per la realizzazione di opere nel settore civile, navale e industriale.

I correnti e i diagonali del sistema EURO BOC 250-180 invece, hanno alle estremità un sistema di aggancio a pipetta pressata, che viene inserita nelle boccole del telaio garantendo anch’essi un aggancio semplice e veloce. (Figure 4,5,6)

Instead, ledgers and diagonal braces of the EURO BOC 250-180 system have to the extremities a hook system with a pressed connection device which can be insert inside the bushing fittings frame, providing a fast and simple hook. (Figure 4,5,6)

The peculiarity of these two systems, is that they are perfectly compatible each other , for example in a EURO BOC 250-180 frame we can insert both ledgers with the pressed connection device and ledgers with wedge-shaped graft.

This scaffolding type represent a new solution for the realization of construction projects in the civil, shipbuilding and industrial sector.

La soluzione ideale da sfruttare in quei cantiere nel quale il problema principale è il possibile ingombro di un’area pubblica, come un marciapiede o una strada, è realizzare un ponteggio con una partenza rastremata.

L’elemento di raddoppio permette di raddoppiare con estrema facilità i montanti SLIM25 su cui si erge il ponteggio, realizzando così, una struttura solida e conforme agli schemi di montaggio presenti sull’autorizzazione ministeriale.

L’ausilio delle mensole di disassamento da 1050mm permettono di “aprire” il ponteggio all’altezza desiderata, così da non causare ingombro o disturbo a cose/persone.

In the construction sites, where the main problem is the possible encumbrance of a public area as a sidewalk or a street, the ideal solution is the realization of a scaffolding with a tapered start.

The clamp for upright doubling enables to double easily the SLIM 25 uprights where the scaffolding stands, realizing a strong structure in compliance with the assembly diagrams that are present in the ministerial authorization.

The usage of the brackets for non axial piers of 1050 mm, enables to “open” the scaffolding to the desired height, so as to not cause encumbrance or trouble to things and people.

In un ponteggio realizzato per effettuare delle lavorazioni in copertura, l’installazione della rete anticaduta in sommità è fondamentale, essa infatti, fornisce protezione dalla caduta e consente allo stesso tempo la libertà di movimento alle maestranze senza l’utilizzo dei DPI.

D’altro canto però, l’applicazione della rete è un dispendio sia di tempo che di denaro con il rischio che poi, durante le lavorazioni, essa venga danneggiata tagliata oppure bruciata.

Inoltre un fattore importante da sottolineare è che, la rete per essere utilizzata, deve essere certificata e sottoposta ad una regolare ispezione con una cadenza annuale e ha vita utile di massimo quattro anni, dopo di che va sostituita.

La soluzione che propone la VPM Industria è l’elemento a parapetto certificato “374 PONT” dall’autorizzazione ministeriale EURO BOC 250-180, progettato con l’intento di eliminare la rete anticaduta.

Nota di pregio di questo elemento è il fatto che è composto da 6 boccole verticali e 4 boccole orizzontali, ciò significa che l’intero sistema di parapetto viene realizzato utilizzando i normali correnti di parapetto e la diagonale di facciata.

Questa soluzione comporta il fatto di non dover acquistare ulteriori accessori ma di utilizzare il materiale che di fatto è già un componente del ponteggio stesso.

Così facendo si riduce inoltre lo spazio di accatastamento nei magazzini, che non saranno più riempiti di rotoli su rotoli di rete anticaduta.

The installation of a fall-proof net on the top, is indispensable in a scaffolding realized to make processing on the roof. In fact, it provides protection from the fall, and at the same time enables the freedom of movement to the workers without DPI’s usage. It is also true that the application of the fall-proof net it’s a waste of time and money with the risk that it can be damaged, cut off or burnt during the processing. In addition, we can say that to use the net, it must be certified and subjected to a regular inspection every year and it has a useful life of maximum four years, then it must be replaced.

The solution that offers the VPM Industria company is the guardrail element certified as “374 PONT” by the EURO BOC 250-180 ministerial authorization, and designed with the aim of removing the fall-proof net.

The quality of this element is the fact that it is composed by 6 vertical bushing fittings and 4 horizontal bushing fittings; this means that the entire guardrail system is realized using normal guardrails’ ledgers and the vertical diagonal brace. This solution allows not to buy other accessories but it allows to use the material which is already a component of the scaffolding itself. In this way, we can reduce the stacking’ s space in the warehouses , that won’t be full of so many fall-proof net rolls anymore.

L’autorizzazione ministeriale SLIM25 comprende due tipi di montante, quello a 12 e quello a 16 boccole.

Questo elemento permette di collegare su un unico piano ben 4 correnti, velocizzando così le operazioni di montaggio, e dà la possibilità di diversificare i moduli del ponteggio rispetto al classico ponteggio di facciata.

Oltre al classico modulo 1800 mm x1050 mm è possibile realizzare moduli con misure variabili tipo 1800 mm x 1800 mm , 1500 mm x 1500 mm ed altre tipologie di composizioni.

The SLIM 25 ministerial authorization includes two types of uprights, those with 12 bushing fittings and those with 16 bushing fittings. This element enables to connect 4 ledgers on a single plane, speeding up assembling operations , and it gives the possibility to diversify the scaffolding’s modulus compared to the classic facade scaffolding. Per le lavorazioni che vengono effettuate nel settore dell’industria e del navale si necessita spesso dell’utilizzo di ponteggi che però, molte volte, devono passare attraverso spazi stretti e angusti come ad esempio, i passi d’uomo delle sale motore.

La scelta ottimale in queste situazioni è utilizzare SLIM25.

Possiamo considerare questo sistema di ponteggio come “componibile” in quanto caratterizzato da elementi strutturali, lineari e leggeri che vanno trasportati e assemblati tra loro direttamente in loco.

TRANSENNE DA CANTIERE

Ancor prima di iniziare le lavorazioni in un cantiere, come prima cosa bisogna preoccuparsi di delimitare e mettere in sicurezza l’area oggetto delle lavorazioni installando per esempio, una recinzione da cantiere attorno ad essa. Così facendo si garantisce una zona chiusa e sicura ad operai e macchine in movimento.

Allo stesso tempo però l’area viene interdetta al personale non addetto ai lavori evitando così di mettere in pericolo persone che possono accidentalmente ritrovarsi in mezzo al cantiere.

La soluzione che viene proposta utilizzando il materiale tipo SLIM 25 è la combinazione di montanti, correnti e il nostro nuovo piedino di sostegno.

Questo elemento in calcestruzzo è stato realizzato inglobando uno spinotto al centro così da assicurare un attacco rapido e sicuro del montante verticale che verrà poi bloccato tramite l’inserimento della spina assiale.

Con l’utilizzo dello SLIM 25, abbiamo la possibilità di creare una recinzione da cantiere sfruttando tutte le misure dei correnti per campo, riuscendo così ad adattare le transenne allo spazio disponibile.

Il nostro piedino ha una sua peculiarità, infatti oltre all’uso del materiale SLIM 25 è possibile realizzare una transenna in “tubo e giunto” utilizzando solo i classici tubi innocenti, questo perché, ai lati dello spinotto sono presente due fori Ø50mm per poter inserire i tubi che avranno la funzione di montanti verticali.

BARRIERS FOR CONSTRUCTION SITE

Even before starting all processing in a construction site, first of all it is necessary to delimit and secure the area where the process take place, for example an enclosure of construction site barriers around it. In this way, we can ensure a close and safe zone for workers and moving machines, but at the same time the area is blocked for the unauthorized persons, avoiding to endanger people who can accidentally end up in the middle of the construction site.

The solution we offer using the SLIM 25 material type is the combination of uprights, ledgers and our new concrete foot. This concrete element has been realized incorporating a pin at the centre to ensure a quick and safe attachment of the vertical uprights, that will be then blocked through the safety hook insertion. With the SLIM 25 usage, we have the possibility to create a construction site enclosure taking advantage of all ledgers measures, adapting in this way the barriers to the available space.

Although our concrete foot has its own peculiarity, in fact besides the usage of the SLIM 25 material, it is possible to realize a “Tube and Coupler” barrier using only classics scaffold tubes. That’s because on the pin sides there are two 50 mm diameter holes to insert the tubes, which will have the function of vertical uprights.

ELEMENTO PER TRANSENNA

Molto spesso ci troviamo nella condizione in cui i ponteggi fissi non possono essere installati perché risultano ingombranti oppure occupano spazi comuni che devono per forza restare liberi, pensiamo con esempio ai lavori di restauro o conservazione che vengono realizzati all’interno di Chiese o musei...

In questi casi, gli operai necessitano di una struttura più semplice, leggera e facile da maneggiare rispetto ai classici ponteggi fissi. Il montaggio di un trabattello su ruote è la soluzione ideale se si vogliono soddisfare le esigenze sopracitate.

Grazie all’impiego della ruota piroettante accoppiata con l’elemento di partenza e i vari pezzi dello SLIM 25, si può “costruire” un castello mobile da poter spostare a seconda delle esigenze lavorative.

La ruota piroettante è costituita da un sistema frenante che deve essere inserito ogni qual volta si decide di utilizzare il castello. Per un corretto utilizzo della struttura, si prescrive la sua installazione su di un piano di lavoro libero da intralci e dove la pendenza è nulla così da evitare ogni pericolo di caduta dall’alto e/o del ribaltamento della struttura stessa.

MOBILE SCAFFOLD TOWERS

Many times, we end up in a situation in which fixed scaffoldings can’t be installed because they are bulky or take up public areas that have to remain free. For example, we can think about works of restoration or conservation that are realized inside churches or museums…

In these cases, the workers need a simpler structure, lighter and easier to handle compared to the classic fixed scaffoldings. The installation of a mobile scaffold tower is the ideal solution if you want to meet your above-mentioned requirement.

Thanks to the application of the swivel castor coupled with the starting element and the SLIM 25 various pieces, we can “build” a mobile tower which can be moved depending on the work needs.

The swivel castor consists of a braking system that have to be inserted every time you decide to use the mobile scaffold tower. For a correct use of the structure, it is prescribed to install it on a work space free of obstacles and where the slope is zero to avoid every danger of fall from height and/or an overturning of the structure itself.

ZINCATURA: Quali i vantaggi di un processo moderno

La zincatura rappresenta un eccellente metodo di protezione dell’acciaio dagli agenti atmosferici, allungandone quindi la durata nel tempo. In VPM viene effettuata adottando le più moderne tecniche a disposizione, garantendo così, un prodotto duraturo e di grande qualità. I moderni processi di zincatura permettono un elevato recupero dei residui di lavorazione ed un ridotto consumo d’acqua e emissioni di gas serra.

GALVANIZING: What are the advantages of a modern process

Galvanizing is an excellent method of protection of the steel from atmospheric agents, thus extending the service life in time.

In VPM it is carried out by adopting the most modern techniques available, thus guaranteeing a lasting product and great quality. Modern galvanizing processes allow a high recovery of processing residues and reduced water consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
