In un ponteggio realizzato per effettuare delle lavorazioni in copertura, l’installazione della rete anticaduta in sommità è fondamentale, essa infatti, fornisce protezione dalla caduta e consente allo stesso tempo la libertà di movimento alle maestranze senza l’utilizzo dei DPI. D’altro canto però, l’applicazione della rete è un dispendio sia di tempo che di denaro con il rischio che poi, durante le lavorazioni, essa venga danneggiata tagliata oppure bruciata. Inoltre un fattore importante da sottolineare è che, la rete per essere utilizzata, deve essere certificata e sottoposta ad una regolare ispezione con una cadenza annuale e ha vita utile di massimo quattro anni, dopo di che va sostituita.

La soluzione che propone la VPM Industria è l’elemento a parapetto certificato “374 PONT” dall’autorizzazione ministeriale EURO BOC 250-180, progettato con l’intento di eliminare la rete anticaduta. Nota di pregio di questo elemento è il fatto che è composto da 6 boccole verticali e 4 boccole orizzontali, ciò significa che l’intero sistema di parapetto viene realizzato utilizzando i normali correnti di parapetto e la diagonale di facciata. Questa soluzione comporta il fatto di non dover acquistare ulteriori accessori ma di utilizzare il materiale che di fatto è già un componente del ponteggio stesso. Così facendo si riduce inoltre lo spazio di accatastamento nei magazzini, che non saranno più riempiti di rotoli su rotoli di rete anticaduta.

The installation of a fall-proof net on the top, is indispensable in a scaffolding realized to make processing on the roof. In fact, it provides protection from the fall, and at the same time enables the freedom of movement to the workers without DPI’s usage. It is also true that the application of the fall-proof net it’s a waste of time and money with the risk that it can be damaged, cut off or burnt during the processing. In addition, we can say that to use the net, it must be certified and subjected to a regular inspection every year and it has a useful life of maximum four years, then it must be replaced.

The quality of this element is the fact that it is composed by 6 vertical bushing fittings and 4 horizontal bushing fittings; this means that the entire guardrail system is realized using normal guardrails’ ledgers and the vertical diagonal brace. This solution allows not to buy other accessories but it allows to use the material which is already a component of the scaffolding itself. In this way, we can reduce the stacking’ s space in the warehouses , that won’t be full of so many fall-proof net rolls anymore.

L’autorizzazione ministeriale SLIM25 comprende due tipi di montante, quello a 12 e quello a 16 boccole. Questo elemento permette di collegare su un unico piano ben 4 correnti, velocizzando così le operazioni di montaggio, e dà la possibilità di diversificare i moduli del ponteggio rispetto al classico ponteggio di facciata. Oltre al classico modulo 1800 mm x1050 mm è possibile realizzare moduli con misure variabili tipo 1800 mm x 1800 mm , 1500 mm x 1500 mm ed altre tipologie di composizioni.

The SLIM 25 ministerial authorization includes two types of uprights, those with 12 bushing fittings and those with 16 bushing fittings. This element enables to connect 4 ledgers on a single plane, speeding up assembling operations , and it gives the possibility to diversify the scaffolding’s modulus compared to the classic facade scaffolding. In addition to the classic modulus 1800 mm x 1050 mm long,it is possible to realize moduli with variable measures as 1800 mm x 1800 mm , 1500 mm x 1500 mm and other compositions’ typologies.
