Dear Reader, As we end another successful year, I find myself looking at the progress of the past as well as the possibilities for the year to come. In 2016 we have expanded our firm, streamlined our internal processes (boring, but necessary), and boosted our advertising presence on a variety of platforms. All of this culminates into one of our greatest achievements of the year, launching our new website. The new site is user friendly, mobile compatible and beautifully represents the brand we have enjoyed creating. We believe that it was more than worth the months of planning, design and the occasional curse word. We hope you will find it useful for all of your Real Estate needs.

In 2017 we will change our magazine schedule to mailing in March and September. We hope you will continue to find the content useful and informative.

Lake Wheeler Park was constructed in 1956 with the aid of the Army Corps of Engineers. The park is composed of 800 acres . . . 650 acres of lake and 150 acres of land buffer. In 2010 Lake Wheeler was reinstated as a primary water supply for Raleigh and surrounding Wake County communities. It feeds water to the Dempsey Benton Water Treatment Plant.
