INGREDIENTS • 1 KNORR Crispy & Tasty Chicken Coating with Sweet Chilli Dip-Mix • 75 millilitre light mayonnaise • 400 gram chicken breast fillets • 100 millilitre low fat milk • 100 millilitre cooking oil • 150 gram Iceberg lettuce leaves, washed • 2 tomatoes, sliced • ½ pineapple, peeled and sliced • 2 rounds feta cheese, crumbled • 4 whole-wheat wraps

Stir the Cheesy dip mix contained within the KNORR Crispy & Tasty Chicken Coating with Sweet Chilli dip-mix pouch into the mayonnaise to combine then set aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and dip them in a bowl of milk.

Roll dipped chicken strips in the chicken coating contained within the pouch.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and set aside on paper towel to drain.

Spread an even layer of sweet chilli dip over each wrap.

Divide the lettuce evenly between the wraps and place on the lower half of each followed by sliced tomato, crispy chicken strips, pineapple and feta cheese.

Roll up tightly and secure with a tooth pick if necessary and serve immediately. serve immediately
