Aartappel & Spek Gebak

BESTANDELE

• 5 Medium aartappels (geskil en in blokkies gesny)

• 1 Ui gekap

• 1 Eetlepel Olyfolie (kan ook gewone olie gebruik)

• 2 Koppies gerasperde kaas

• 250gr pakkie spek (gekap) of Ham

• 1 Blikkie ideal melk (354ml) (of gewone melk)

• ½ Blikkie melk (gebruik die ideal melk se blikkie)

• 8 Eiers

• Sout en peper na smaak

• Paar stukkies gekapte spruituie

KOOKINSTRUKSIES

1. Stel oond op 180C

2. Verhit die olyfolie en braai die aartappels tot ligbruin.

3. Gooi die aartappels in ‘n bak wat gespuit is met Spray & Cook. Pak lae uie, kaas en spek.

4. Meng in ‘n bak die eiers, melk, sout en peper.

5. Gooi die eiermengsel oor.

6. Gooi spruituie oor.

Bak vir 45 na 55min of tot eier gestol is. Gee ruskans van 10 minute.

KOOKWENKE:

Iemand het genoem dat haar aartappels nie lekker gaar wou word nie. Ek sal voorstel dat jy dit eers in blokkies sny - bietjie in die mikrogolf pre-cook tot amper gaar, dan in die olie braai.
