Just a quick note to all of you who attend Boogie Woogie Babes with Shelagh in Allestree and Mickleover. Due to surgery Shelagh’s classes are curretly not running and they will not re start until 24th April. We wish Shelagh a speedy recovery.

This is my last issue as the Derby Editor and Laura Trethowan takes over as the new Editor from April. Look out for Laura’s first issue in July.

I am certain that she will do a brilliant job. I have met so many lovely people whilst being the Editor and I would like to thank you all for you support.

You don’t need any particular qualifications to run a Twistin Tots Franchise. The most important things are personality and reliability. You need to have bags of enthusiasm, limitless energy, a cheerful disposition and enjoy working with children. (And also a DBS check, but that’s the easy part!)

You don’t have to be particularly musically inclined, or have the voice of Adele, but you will need to have the confidence to stand up in front of an audience and be able to entertain them.
